GOOD DAY ALL! I'm back. Sorry for my hiatus, it's been a very busy last 2 months but I do have plans - big plans and they involve this channel so I do hope you stick around. As I say at the end of the video I will be at Anime Expo this year July 4th - July 7th come and say hey if you are there, if you listen closely you may be able to hear a softly spoken Scottish accent screaming at either the Evangelion 10 min Premiere or the Eupho one. @@satoriakihiro1283 If you want to watch Eupho you have a couple of options - you can either start at Season 1 which is available on Crunchyroll and then move onto season 2 also available on crunchyroll. If you feel like you wanna get into it and don't have the time to dedicate to the series there are two movies which condense season 1 and 2 down you could watch those - although they aren't quite available legally but that's up to you! I would recommend tho, it is a beautiful series and ugh the animation just even the simple stuff is stunning!

Jesus fuck I got goosebumps during the "うまくなりたい" part of this. I remember when I stumbled across Eupho on Crunchyroll and while part of my interest was Kumiko x Reina fanfics, I found myself invested in all the characters and their goals. It felt like you could connect with them and is part of why the series is so high on my favs. Finishing season 2 left me empty, so I'm freaking excited for the movie. Hopefully I'll get to watch it and Liz and the Blue Bird at AX. Amazing heartfelt video Isla and that's fucking awesome that you got that screener copy! Can't wait for what's next.

It's crazy how all these feelings of failure, little improvement, disappointment and the feeling of inadequacy when seeing someone more talented, passionate or just generally better than you seem so universal in every form of art. As an aspiring writer and artist I get to feel these feelings twice as much. But I also get to feel the positive feelings twice as much too.

Hi Isla, how have you been (aside from busy like you mentioned in the comments)? Your video pretty much sums up why Hibike! Euphonium is a beautiful series and Kyoto Animation flexing off their skills as a studio. I'm a straight guy and i'm totally rooting for Kumiko and Reina, they're just perfect for eachother but don't seem to see that just yet.
Speaking of which, have you also seen the spin-off movie 'Liz and the Blue Bird'? It's in the same world as Hibike but follows two side characters, Mizore and Nozomi, and tells an absolutely beautiful story about how they accept themselves and eachother. In that regard it's a bit like Bloom into You but in a Kyoto Animation style.
