I bought this van in 2020 with 104,000 miles. It is currently at 130,000+ Last year at 125,000 miles I got the spark plugs and Coils changed. I'm running 80 PSI front and rear. This is on a 5 inch Lift and stock 245/75-16 tires and 3:73 gears. This is my best run ever I had a perfect run from topping off on fuel straight onto the freeway and home with 0 traffic. The fill up at Frazier Mountain Road is at the top of the mountain so I had a good 10 miles of decline going down the mountain. Without the free 10 miles down the mountain Run I think I still would of got around 18 MPG with no traffic.

@@HaloDaycare Up to 150,000 miles now. Had this van for 4 and a half years.
These V10s are known to go 300,000+ miles.
My mentality is they put these engines in RVs/U-Hauls/F650s that weigh 10,000+ pounds
Easy work being in a 6500 pound van

It’s already got a high top and It’s goofy looking but I like it. The only thing: I am scared of that mpg since I’ll be living in it, but it looks like so much fun! It’s the same blue as yours. I knew you knew ;). I just spent all morning and afternoon with the van-test driving and inspecting. I took it into a local mechanic’s shop for a proper PPI and it failed the block test! All is not lost though-the people at the van lot are super trustworthy and great to work with and they disagreed w/the mechanic’s assessment. (I know, I know, but seriously they are good ppl!)
I might take it to a second mechanic for another opinion; thinking about it the rest of the day. It’s a great size, it’s like driving a bus in a fun way and I could see myself traveling in it. BUT, w/the mechanic telling me (in their opinion), it’s a no-go, that’s risky. If it was a private/direct sale and he sold it to me for under $10K, I think I’d roll the dice come what may, but it’s not so I’m going to have to think about it!

I'm running a glass pack muffler. Typical fuel Economy on a road trip is 13-15 mpg. That 19 MPG was a perfect no traffic trip for 230 miles. Went from the gas station to 1 block to get on the freeway straight to another gas station 1 block from the freeway exit. No stops at all. My 17 MPG run I hit a little traffic. I'm running all my tires at 80 PSI right now because one of them is about to be bald on the edge from a bad alignment so I pumped all 4 to 80 to wear out the middle more on that bad tire until I get new ones. I think the 80 helped, rides rough but the steering feel is way better. Here's the muffler I'm running it's the car guy in me to want to hear that V10 ua-cam.com/video/bvCARxSLaJM/v-deo.html
