Went to school with this bird for 5 years, she's gorgeous and as genuine as they come. Not sure why people hate on her so much. She's the real deal and worked her ass off as a musician since she was 9 years old. Deserves every bit of success she gets.
I went to tafe with two metal head blokes who went to the same school as her & they said so many things about how she's overated & not anywhere near as nice as she's perceived as with a few little stories. They were pretty intelligent and comical guys however that was in like 2007 so I'd say from what's been publicized since its pretty clear how matured & kind of a performer & public persona Delta is/has become. I'm not so certain of any truth to what they said. Do you have any memorable, key experiences that you're happy to share in a comment @Kitkat16 ?

I meet her when I was a kid, I’m 22 now. She’s the most beautiful, sweetest person I’ve ever met and she was so kind to my sister. Don’t judge someone, if you don’t know them.

Here from the US and I just discovered who she was when I watched a movie she was in and Googled about her. She is an awesome singer and performer. Since then, watched as many of her You Tube videos as I could find. Put her music on my Spotify library. People probably on her because of her success. That's a shame! No criticism here. I have nothing but high phrase for her!.

It came. It went. She lived there for a couple of years until about 2 years ago. America doesn't like wholesome pop-stars too much, it seems. (Although check out Delta's newest single "The Look Book". Kinda raunchy.)

the cheesiness of the video is intentional... duh! It expresses the feelings you have when you're head over heels for someone, which is often irrational... and yes, cheesy! So the video is apt in capturing the sense of hope in the early stages of love... love it!

2022, lost two friends this month, one to COVID and one to suicide and I've been struggling to hold everything together. Went to the shops for the first time in three weeks to actually buy groceries and heard this on the store radio. Really needed it. I really hope the world starts getting better soon. I saw Delta Goodrem performing over at the Isleta Ampitheatre just a few days ago on the 11th of June, we were coming by to see the Backstreet Boys perform and Delta Goodrem had played before their performance and to be honest it was amazing to see. Her voice is really something I cannot describe.
