"Ignore-ance" is something that's easy to see in many people, sadly. It is those who believe they know all they need to or that they need not evolve further in any way.
It should be noted that not all souls are working or evolving at the same speed and not all souls who are currently incarnated will avoid incarnating again. The idea; the goal, is to exit the wheel of Samsara, as taught in Buddhism. However, not everyone understands the esoteric lessons and knowledge behind this concept. Nor does everyone know it even exists.
The best advice I can give is to always remain teachable. Be willing to expand your horizons in regards to knowledge, and with all the abovementioned in mind, treat everyone you encounter along your path with loving-kindness and patience. Don't ever hold expectations for others but meet them where they are always.

I just want to say ignorance is not nescience and nescience is not ignorance. Nescience is a word deliberatly removed from our lexicon. Nescience means "not knowing due to no knowledge" and you are innocent. Ignorance means to ignore a thing you know. Ignorance is shameful.
