And not just in an “ew incest” way, I mean like in a psychological horror way. Like the scene in the first chapter where Andrew chokes Ashley, and the scenes that lead up to it. Genuinely give me chills.
Developer is a woman, and Ashley is only playable protagonist in first chapter, not Andrew. I'd guess that Ashley more of a critical exaggerated look on past self from developer or something (maybe, yes, with details from some other people. Pretty sure Nemlei didnt flirted with brothers and didnt suffocated any classmates in dusty crates)

I am unaware of consequences of doing so in this episode, but it can be crucial in future episodes
