Since January i've built the habit of reading an hour after waking up and an hour before going to sleep. honestly shocking how many books you can get through by just commiting to those two hours a day.

I'm out and about for work and I sometimes have time to kill and of course I pick up my phone, but now I'm going to pick up my book instead! I never thought about it, but great tip :). Wow, Emma, this is something I struggle with these days, and you analyze the situation so well, so realisiically, and name what the pitfalls are. So thank you very much for these practical tips -- very helpful. I love the first one as a starter -- "pick up the book". All of your other tips are excellent as well!
I always read in the afternoon. Been doing this for a year and a half. I also take detailed notes on what I'm reading because there might be a word or quote in there that I may want to look back on. I then make a video review of the book or manga I read once I'm done.🙂❤📚
