I make mine with two slices of bread. Mayo, bacon and lettuce on each topped with a thick slice of tomato. Two for the price of one. Made myself hungry. Enjoyed your video. I could eat your version anytime..
Really prefer your message to white bread or slap between avocado and Chris bacon and I don't do that as well because of my digestion problem lettuce I don't do well

I like toasted white bread, mayo and bacon.. have had fresh tomatoes from one vine.. soon to be gone..nothing better. Back in the day my husband and I would have tomato sandwiches for breakfast.. now he could grow some tomatoes!
Here's a tip for your bacon. When you put the bacon strips into the pan, add about a 1/2 cup (or so) or water. Just pour it over the bacon. Sounds weird, but the water evaporates while the bacon is cooking....You can still cook the bacon to your liking (crispy or not) but this helps remove some of the sodium. The bacon still tastes the same. Try it if you're trying to watch your salt !

My favorite tomatoes are Romas. I love a perfectly ripe Roma, sliced and layered on wheat bread with Duke's Bacon-Tomato Mayo.

Ì always peal a tomato because I f you leave peels on they do not cook, and unless you put in blender you have peels in you recipe
