    You will be surprised how quick your kids will learn his to speak Visaya or whatever language they speak in Samal. Your kids should teach the Filipino kids some Russian too. They would love that!

    hi! Val, those marang you are eating is so delicious & full of seeds.. Seeing your children playing and having fun on the beach is nice to see because they built a bond between a local and foreigner.. But, i'm afraid that seeing costa, holding a bottle while playing.. I'm afraid he might suddenly throw it or hit it to other kids and the kids will cry.. But, i do know, your kids will not do that.. Especially, he knows you are there following and recording him wherever he goes.. Seeing costa, playing is like i am also seeing you because he really just look like you in every angle.. 100% carbon copy of you.. Again, it was fun and enjoy to see your children getting along with filipino children.. God bless! Val & family.. 🙂🙏❤️ 🇵🇭❤️🇷🇺

    I hope when your kids get older, no matter where they decide to live, they will cherish and remember these moments. 😊 I personally think it is important for kids to be kids and play like this than stuck in a loop of social media at a young age. 😊

    Valentina, you should tell your son not to play with bottle on the sea shore. Should be put away in the trash because it’s a glass and it’s dangerous if it breaks. You’re the adult there, you should do the right thing. ✌️

    I am your silent subscriber and seldom give comments to any vlog. When I was a child in our province there is also a fruit or vegetable look like Marang and Langka(Nangka to other Visayan people). We called it Rima, the shape is look like Marang but it is look like Langka inside, that we used to cook as vegetable with coconut milk, ginger, onions ,(peel the young Rima (not too young, just good enough to cook)first, cut into bite size, include the seeds and parboil before cooking) sometimes we add (monggo beans, any green leafy vegetables like Kangkong or Malunggay, mushrooms, dried fish or shrimps,optional and according to budget only) salt and papper to taste. You can eat with rice or no rice. Can also cook with coconut milk and sugar or just pan fry it ( without coconut milk) and when it is cook add sugar stir until the sugar turn into caramelize, plate it and can eat as a desserts or snacks. But, if the Rima is just like over ripe we remove the seeds from the flesh of the fruit and boil or dry it under the sun then roast in pan( just like how you cooked the Marang seeds). It's good for snacks too. I am not sure if it this kind of vegeyable is available in the Island where you are currently living.(Just,sharing only).

    Valentina, am just about braids. Is it uncomfy to sleep with braided hair? I myself cannot sleep with something in my hair like rubber band or clips or something. Does it hurt when you are laying down or sleeping? How do you shampoo a braided hair? Do you just wash it, shampoo/conditioner then rinse it out after and air dry? Or blower? Sorry am just curious though coz it looks nice but am just wondering about how to maintain it for weeks or months.

    • @ValentinaLovingPhilippines
      @ValentinaLovingPhilippines  2 місяці тому +1

      when i made braids for the first time (last year), i felt uncomfortable while sleeping for 2 nights. and then i used to it. and i didn't experience this with my seconds braids. and now also. it's okay to sleep with from the first night. i wash just roots of my hair, with shampoo only. i use conditioner only when i'm without braids. ❤️❤️❤️
