Sweetie, the vegetable you tasted looks like “sugar snap peas”, similar to snow peas. For me, sugar snap peas are tastier than snow peas. If my guess is correct, you can eat the whole pea, not just what’s inside. I eat them raw as a snack, mix them in salads, and stir fried vegetables. They are delicious. Love ‘em. 😋
