Who could imagine that someone who was a medical doctor (psychiatrist) and was known for condemning Islam would then go out and mow down people at a Christmas Market? I am sure the German police were thinking he would attack a mosque.

What is tragic is of course the death of the little boy and the 4 women, but my God, to have wounds the rest of your life from being driven over or bumped into by a nut-job driving a speeding car is heart-breaking. You do know people tell lies right? Why are the authorities believing what he says or what he has put on social media? He shouted 'God is great' in Arabic (I can't use the actual phrase on here) when he was arrested, doesn't sound very far right to me.
