John wasn't killed on Long Island! He was killed in Manhattan, WHICH IS AN ISLAND!
He was in Greece when that was said which is surrounded by islands. So he left.

Helene Iulo has captured John’s spirit sitting between the head of her shoulder and John’s half sister Julia Baird. Even John’s son Julian created the White Feather Foundation as a way to remember his dad. John once told Julian if he ever comes back he would see a white feather. Years later Julian got a white feather from a tribal elder while visiting another country.
My girlfriend and her mother in Manhattan had a brief encounter with John and Yoko just weeks before John was killed. John and Yoko were so very pleasant and in love with each other. Somehow, I feel as if John's spirit still walks the sidewalks of NYC and the pathways through Central Park. "Took a walk down the street -- through the heat whispered trees..." -- "Number 9 Dream" (John Lennon).
Not in love,her taking over John's house and money,making boyfriend wear a dead man's clothes and getting pregnant to him,her parents put her away,her second husband getting her out,couldn't do that now,mimi said she was sick in the head.
It's interesting how so many artists emerged from broken or screwed up childhoods.
He did sign one autograph at The Record Plant after the Chapman LP. A day or two prior, he had broken a guitar string at a recording session, and no one on his session had another. We went next door to another session going on and asked to borrow a string. They gave him one, and on the night of the 8th, he took a string in for whomever the guitarist was, and signed the envelope, "Thanks for stringing me along. John Lennon 1980." That one sold maybe 12 or 15 years ago as THE final autograph, and I don't recall exactly how much it went for, but someone paid through the nose for that string envelope.
Chapman, incidentally, has changed his story a number of times over the years, about his motivation. I believe his last revision at a parole hearing was that he did it to become famous. I've studied Lennon and the Beatles for over 40 years and am very skeptical of the "deal with the Devil" story. Chapman was loon that access and John was easy to get to. End of story.
Boris Karloff is another of the alleged Dakota building ghosts, as he was a tenant at one time. With regard to Yoko's sighting, I heard recently that 80% of widowers believe they see the spirit of their dearly departed with either 3 or 5 years of their demise, so that may be more psychological thing than anything paranormal. ...not that there aren't enough other Lennon sightings, feathers, blue ljnes, etc to establish he's around.

Wow, I'm beatle fan, I didn't know about psychics warning John about his death
The warning was actually from a fan who sent a letter to John. The fan had been using a ouija board and received a message about an attempt on John’s life. This was in the early ‘70s. The fan also stated that the spirit who came forth to reveal this was Brian Epstein. You can find the clip online (on UA-cam) if you google it. John and Yoko are sitting on a bed going through fan mail when John reads the letter out loud.

Yes, they were into the occult. Aleister Crowley’s (satanist) picture appears on the Sgt. Pepper album cover. During the “Get Back” taping sessions, Paul can be heard discussing The Book of the Law with John and how it should be destroyed after reading it. During a later interview, after the Beatles had disbanded, John quotes a Crowley-ism, “Do as Thou Wilt,” but adds “as long as it doesn’t hurt anyone.” Denny Laine, from Wings, was quoted as saying that Paul and Linda were into some dark stuff.
To be fair, the mainland UK is also an island. John could technically be described as "assasinated on an island" if he'd been shot in Liverpool. That sounds like a deliberately vague statement from a "psychic" charlatan, so I wouldn't read too much into that.

These days, I wouldn't assume that even an Aborigine shaman couldn't also be a Web savvy John Lennon fan, who already knew all about the white feather. But I am willing to assume that Julian Lennon's experience occurred before that was likely. "Sure, I'm a tribal shaman on the weekend, but do you think I dress like this during the week at my office job? This doesn't pay the bills!"

I dont believe in stories like this. It's also been said about Freddie mercury was soppose to appear in the studio as Brian may was rehearsing. As far as John selling his soul on a bridge in 1960, the only one that could know that is John. John never said he sold his soul on any interview I ever heard. Without a source, this is complete misinformation.
He wasn't anti Christian. He could be seen wearing a gold cross in many later pictures, including his famous NYC T shirt pic. I'm not saying he was perfect, but then none of us are. We are all human. Thank you for your show otherwise.
