A Tour Of Poor Dayton - Madden Hills & Pinecrest

I go through Pinecrest neighborhood and take you through Madden Hills.
You will see the Hilltop Townhomes. The Hilltop Townhomes are low-income apartments that are plagued with crime and poverty.
This area is under survilence. Dayton Police do patrol this area frequently.
We also take a tour to Madden Hills and show you the nice homes, two new school as well as a school that might face the wrecking ball. We'll take the tour of Dayton.

FAQ- The reason why I call this A Tour of Poor Dayton is because of the area's declining population, people losing jobs, boarded homes, businesses closing and economic turmoil in Montgomery, Miami and Greene Counties. And mostly Ohio in general. I am giving those who have never been to Dayton a chance to understand the plight of manufacturing communities.
So that will put to rest any questions of why I titled the videos!
