- It's the fourth printing of Mausritter for 2023 - I know nothing about it other than the art and the box and the fact that it's about a mouse and so I am thrilled. What I find inside is DELIGHTFUL. I think with Outsiders it's not "you'll finish your entire story in 1-2 hours" but more that you'll finish your one contract in 1-2 hours of play. You could continue to take out other contracts and basically RP as like... Boba Fett for as long as you wanted was how I read it. I haven't yet sat down to play it though... it's something I hope to get to in the next few weeks but, from purely reading through Outsiders and Notorious, it feels like a 'monster of the week' series of one-shot self-contained bounty-hunts that you could string along as long as you want.
Box sets remind me of the old days of PC games with feels or other game swag. Good memories.
Imma buy this one day, been a big fan of being small like hiney I shrunk the kids the the grounded video game. This feels right for me.

Do you feel like a longer campaign could be played with it or is it more one shot friendly?
I appreciate this video and purchased the game after viewing. I tried getting into Mork Borg and yeah lighten up a little am i right? This seems just as dangerous but with wittle mice... Come on! Checked itchio and think there is some solo stuff so will get to it. I'm late to rpg for wanted to play in 1981 but all my friends thought it was weird. Always liked turned based crpg but well two years ago finally found vtts and here we are well that and back when I was 48 i landed a civil service union job and pretty much all anxiety went away. I'm a janitor and maybe i could make more money but yeah i suck at office culture and I'd rather be a really smart janitor with odd ideas on fun then being part of a culture that frustrated me... Also i doubt they could rid of me based on my beliefs (not that they are loopy just mine... So yeah pay my union dues and just live happy). Couldn't imagine my gaming life prior to it but job happened first... I suppose one door closes and another one opens.
Magic is based on GLOG. Basically means spells are half the time cantrips and reusable or if you roll well half the time they are spells and lose charges
