I came across a couple who were traveling through Chandigarh in night when they were stopped by night patrolling police. The couple reported that when the officers did not find any legal reason to penalize them, they started making weird rules like why you are having a deodorant inside the car etc. and tried to harass the couple .
This made me think that "do these rules actually exist?" This inspired me तो do some research and make this video to spread awareness about some of the rules that might actually shock most of the people.
So here is my effort in form of this brief video that aims at shedding some light on some of the lesser known challans that are prevalent in some parts of the country depending on how strict the implementation of road safety is in effect.
