I think they look soo much better than the stock! I've seen Method RC buzzing around for the past few months. Got to start checking them out. Always good to have some options. Thanks for showing us this👍 Can't wait to see how they perform on the trucks.
I think Method RC have been around for a bit, but for other parts. Not tires. Not sure where I first saw them but I liked the look of them. I have them glued now so if the weather is nice tomorrow I'mm be able to get our for a run.
Yeah that was a weird trade. We started off talking about a typhon he had and ended up trading the outcast for the K8. Now the list of must have upgrades starts.
@@MrMonarq Hey I didn't order them yet but they ship from the U.S I'm petty sure. My buddy got his within a week. Go check out 413 rc, he did a video on them as well and can answer your questions better 👍 but I'm gonna be ordering some for sure
Hey Jason great video! You can bolt the 1/5 scale versions for the Arrmas on to the X-Maxx by using a 12x18 bearing in the center, removing the hex clip and using either a larger flanged HR Racing axle nut or a flat washer to spread the load evenly.
I ordered set for kraton, never received it, and they send another package that been delivered after 12 days but definitely not to me... I wanted to try but now I'm waiting for refund....;/
Looking for something for speed runs. Got a set of 4 rear hoons today, and much slower than stock, because of 7.75" distance in diameter. What tires would be best for this endeavor? Or are these the best option? Great vid, thanks
Those tires are such a frustration point. If you are going to make a premium product, then you need to complete the experience. I have never glued tires, I have two sets of those, 3.8’s and the ones for the Mojave. I have had them for the better part of a year, and they are still sitting there waiting to be glued. I reached out to method because I couldn’t find tire bands big enough, and the guy was a complete dick. So first you don’t glue them, and then you don’t offer a solution to assist in gluing them, wtf!!
Mine came glued I ordered them from A main. And they didn’t even do a good job. Do yourself a favor and get the proline tire glue and use the small needle tips. Big tires like these are easier then others to glue
Thanks for putting the specs on the drop down. Not many people do. Appreciate the detail!

Looks good thanks for tire options. You always come through with your tire game.
They fit the kraton very well
Heyhey, did you received your tires?
And if yes, did they ship from China?
Been waiting for some belted tires for RC and they finally made them. Woot Woot!
They really look way better on the fireteam then those airless design ones. Great video buddy 👍🏻
Cool tires and rims, great information and video
Good looking tires! Nice to see a K8S back in your collection 🤩

Thank you for the review and comparo👍
i like the arrma backflips for off road, and i rock some old kraton 6s and duratrax banito's for street! sl models if you can find them!
How do these Methods look on the Tuphon Tlr????
Nice video mate. I would like to know how they handle mate 👍
Hello sir..these tyre looks awesome 🤩.. what's the tyre size in mm..?
I just ordered a set! Now... where did you get those red anodized lug nuts? They look awesome.
How do they work on the notorious 6s because am running a 17t pinion
Should I go back to stock gearing after I put these on?

Do these fit the 1/8 Traxxas Sledge? Or will they need the off-set inserts? I try Method directly, but they could give me a good answer.
Will these fit on the traxxas maxx
those look nice. i hate factory glue jobs. proline is fairly consistent but duratrax glue is ultra weak. in my experience.
Where did you get those tires from
