The vast majority of the time it is best just to let yourself age naturally. Exercise regularly and eat a low to moderate calorie diet. Go REAL easy on the booze. IMO that is the best way for an older gal, say over 60, to look her best. Just accept the fact that you are way past your smoking hot years and be content with looking like Helen Mirren or Jane Fonda, both of whom look very good considering how old they are.

i grew up in this era and i loved the the show my only regret is unlike dynasty they chose to have no main actors or actresses of color.in the whole thirteen seasons?? for a show that was loved world wide it would have been so good to look back and see us together..because in the real world at that era(70's-80's) we were all together..it just would have been (oh so beautiful like curtis mayfield song says) to have been represented.. like dynasty they at least had a couple of main actors of color..but none the less life goes on and a dynamite chance was missed..
When original characters started to leave, things went down hill. It was a silly storyline saying Ray Krebbs was leaving to live in Europe. When in fact he never would have left Southfork, the ranch and the land he owned was his life.

When original characters started to leave, things went down hill. It was a silly storyline saying Ray Krebbs was leaving to live in Europe. When in fact he never would have left Southfork, the ranch and the land he owned was his life.

Thanks for doing this but seriously you put Joel Gray as Adam who was in one episode and leave out the late, great Dennis Patrick (Vaughn Leland one of the prime who shot JR suspects) who was excellent on DALLAS as well as on DARK SHADOWS when he played Jason McGuire. It's not complete without him!
