Watching this show just how much some Hollywood star have refused to grow old gracefully and have overdone the plastic surgery & Botox. Some of these people look like ghosts.

The vast majority of the time it is best just to let yourself age naturally. Exercise regularly and eat a low to moderate calorie diet. Go REAL easy on the booze. IMO that is the best way for an older gal, say over 60, to look her best. Just accept the fact that you are way past your smoking hot years and be content with looking like Helen Mirren or Jane Fonda, both of whom look very good considering how old they are.
