I know exactly how your wheels got like that. I used to work at a discount tire. You can inside clamp or outside clamp wheels. Your wheels are reverse mount so they clamped to the face (you have to) to be able to put a new tire on. They were lazy and just inside clamped so they didn’t have to line up bottom lip for an outside clamp.
Hey man I got an 02’ with straight pipes and X pipe it cuts the raspiness down a lot.... it’s still there though just so you know but I think it sound pretty good
Headers and leave the cats. That and the best bang for the buck for you right now is a handheld basic tuner.. Night and day.. Shift points, shift pressure, Speedo calibration for the tires.. Gas savings or usage.. 😆 keep the stock parts. Not worth getting rid of for the money💲💲.. Loved 3inch from headers straigh back. True duals. But it didnt work.. The big block firing up at 5:30am and a huge lobed cam was wayy too loud.. I loved it but not for the daily.. Keep er goin🍻👍
I’ve been driving my 6.0 2500 like that for a year now… and I’m ready for the strait pipes to go bye-bye. I’m putting a Magnaflow dual in-dual out X-pipe type of muffler (part#11386) with dual shotgun style dual tail pipes.
LBZ is really nice i sold mine, unless you tow constantly over 10k there is no need for the diesel unless you just have the money for it. I have a 6.0 2500 now and yes i really miss the torque but not the maintenance and the cheap cost of repair on the 6.0 makes it worth it
@@dzroc I have a 2002 lb7 and I'm going to trade or sale for a 6.0 for these same reasons as well as availability at parts houses and junkyards. I only tow a lawncare trailer.
Just put a 4 inch dynomax glass plack type exhaust on mine. Dynomax 39378. Deep tone. The material around the muffler takes drone out. I had flowmasters on previous trucks but drone is not great lol
So sorry about the defects, very minor. Only a real wheel guy will notice. Stay positive. There's a guy that repairs wheel at my local Ford Dealership. Give them a try, maybe?
I dont hear it in the video but the belt does have a squeak that comes back when it's humid out. I've changed pulled and the tensioner to no avail. Starting to think it's it's crank pulley.
I charge $20 a tire to M&B and don’t eff up wheels lol. Sad it took them 3 wheels being messed up to realize what they were doing wrong! I hope they paid for a rental car. Realistically they should have got you new wheels!
@@doucheonmandickd3994 go up to Colorado. Found quite a few for decently cheaper prices. But to be fair it is a Chevy and they hold their value pretty well

Mitchell McKay it wasn’t that cold, I’m guessing it was around 65-70° outside he let it run a while, I’m 100% sure it’s fine lmao I beat the living shit out of my 5.3 and it’s fine. I’d rather have 80psi than 0.

Yaah I know what ya mean I worked at les schwab once upon a time. If I had a machine I would've just done them myself.
Exhaust sounds at 2:33
you knew what we came for thank you sir
That thing claps so hard it make the niebors go OH LAWD every time you goose untill your 2 plus miles away from the neiborhood
Hey I got 6.0 and I like the sound you got makes it almost lope badass going down the road as it's shifting also

Thanks I considered an x or h pipe but i decided my end setup will probably be a borla atak dumped under the bed with the cats cut out .

Hell ya I want that maybe a little quiet but not too much either haha
great trucks but if your going to spend the money it takes to turbo that, just get a diesel truck it is much nicer for the price
Everybody has a turbo diesel

@@krewpunk okay thanks 😊

How did you hook a tailpipe up? I’m thinking about doing it but I want to keep my factory tailpipe
Idk just y pipe off the back and there should be hangers near the tailgate just use those
Hear the belt over exhaust.

Man, BigO clamped those wheels from the inside... rookie move. That's why they charged less than Les Schwab 🤣.
What size lift and wheels and tires do you have on there?
Looks like fuel Mavericks. I could be wrong but it looks like it
3 inch lift 20x12 fuel maverick and 35 toyo
Did you just take away the resonator and keep the cats?
No resonator just removed muffler
So its just a straight pipe n muffler delete
That has a vortec motor right?
Yes
Would you consider selling?
doucheonmandick d we think the same I was gunna ask too 😂 beautiful clean truck!!!
Probably not haha I love this thing. Maybe if I found a way clean duramax for a good price I'd sell this one.
@@krewpunk good luck finding a low mile one. Ive been looking and in Texas everyone wants 20k or more for a 160k + mile... that looks super stock too

Btw your instrument cluster is not original, hd trucks all come standard with a trans temp gauge (mileage for a probably off too)
Yeah I replaced it cuz the oil psi gauge broke
cats ?
With cats
Man that oil pressure gauge 😂🤦🏼♂️
Ring Worm good eye lol. jesus fuck
Ring Worm yeah it has oil pressure?
LiftedWhiteChevy hit it hard when it was cold asf, not even 40 degrees yet so the oil pressure skyrocketed. Which is not good for the cold engine.

It's a truck right? Put your purse down and go get some scratches and dents . I-5 four wheel drive.
Preach.
Thing is it wasn't his fault
For real... I’m all for taking care of a truck but make it look like a truck... let the Jeep people keep the weird looking wheels. Lol

3 days to touch up 3 wheels
That’s FD up
