A true BB user. Since September 11 when I was in NY. Not a phone then. Only for texts. But only machine which worked during Sept 11. When I added a phone. Never left BB Need a keyboard with safety features. Camera and games OK but not essential. Always typed most of my 40 year career: University, Graduate and Professional Schools and high school when typing was actually a course.-an option . Not good with slidings and glass

got mine 2 weeks ago and i love it already , interesting thing about key 2 is the battery endurance which is a necessary thing for me on any phone , and on this phone it is pretty good . I'm satisfied and happy with my purchase .

I have the KEYone and absolutely love it. I don't NEED to buy the KEY2 but will probably get it just to support the form factor's existence. The typing shortcuts and app/speed dial shortcuts are game-changers for me. Oh, and that battery life... that battery life, though.

I hardly make any mistakes and I don't need too look at the Keyboard/screen to type (just like using a computer keyboard). The PKB experience is something that has to be experienced by anyone who spends a lot of time typing 👌

I use the productivity tab and find it helpful and though some launch
Google Assistant (you can easily use voice command) from the convenience
button, I use the convenience key exclusively for the phone launcher
and obviously use it more often. Rarely experience pocket dials and it
is ready to go at any moment. I don't even have to look at the screen
or keyboard to launch the phone. Perfect.

I think it's a great phone. I would seriously consider getting it but for me watching UA-cam videos and movie on my phone is a priority and I don't think that screen can cut it.

One question I have is: Has the extra clickiness sound of the space-bar key diminished over time, or is it basically the same? I have to believe the clickiness difference with the spacebar has to do with the fingerprint sensor. Somehow.

BB Key 2 has a mono speaker and the keys make a clickety noise. Make the speaker stereo and get rid of the clickety noise.

I hate Blackberry. My first smartphone was Z10 and it was awful. Just to send message in FB was a constant pain - sometimes it sends, sometime it's shows sending for a couple hours, sometimes it didn't sent at all.
Battery was draining even when Z10 just laying without WI-fi, mobile data and screen enabled.
Then I switched to another manufacture and it was like a miracle after blackberry - new phone could send messages, loads youtube videos, battery was excellent. Everything just works.
I which that Blackberry just go to bankruptcy and to hell! Ugly, ugly phones‼!
