I was in Kowloon for this celebration in 2007. It was a long show with a spectacular (if you like Fireworks) finale. Definitely worth watching if you are going to be in the area on October 1.

In the earlier times, I would have said such a wonderful sight. But the 50 cents army has educated me to fear and hate this country. So I am indifferent to see this display.

Sean I have a similar experience. The anti-Chinese army has converted me into the 50 cents army. I used to feel indifferent about China now I love it more. I respect your choice, if you don’t like something, close your eyes and don’t look.
