Thank you so much for the great lesson!! Blessings to you and your family! What I love about this allegory is that sometimes we are the trees and sometimes we are the servants.

Thank you again for another Nourishing lesson . I love how you bring out things that I have seen but now see and understand better. You have your hands full with missionaries out and moving. Your time is filled with so much, thank you for sharing part of it with us. I watch each week for you and Chelsea.

What has nourished my soul is a VERY SLOW reading of each verse and she how I can find myself in each one. I write how I see what attitudes and thoughts I have. I'm still in first Nephi and I can see that I have more Lamen and Lemual in me than I ever realized! Yikes! Truthfull contenplation has really been a blessing in how I precieve myself and how I view (or judge) others. I still keep up with my weekly lessons and love learning from ALL the weekly podcasts I can listen to during my day. I see the book of Mormon truely is timeless and is yet so personal.
I truely feel your pain in remodling, moving, still working and trying to keep a sence if normalicy in your life! Been ther, done that !

I do not seek signs but Christ grants them unto me. It appears to be one of my spiritual gifts. I need to testify of this more often.

Steve, It is good to hear from you this week. Thank you for sacrificing your time away from your projects to teach us. I missed you both for the past few weeks and I have been concerned about you both. This morning when I prayed I asked Heavenly Father to bless you both. I hope you are able to finish your projects. I pray that Heavenly Father will bless you and your family as you continue with these podcasts and work on your home. I pray for your sons who are serving their missions. I love you both and appreciate you. I look forward to hearing from you each week.

Thank you of a great reminder to Nourish. For me, nourishing God’s word in our hearts is like tending to a garden; it requires care, attention, and patience to grow and flourish. In Jacob 5:61, it says, “And it came to pass that the Lord of the vineyard wept, and said unto the servant: What could I have done more for my vineyard?” This verse reminds us of God’s tender care for His children and His desire for us to grow and thrive spiritually.

I am so grateful to have been nourished by beautiful music and the wonderful talks in our recent General Conference. O how I need this nourishment! I love the Lord of the vineyard! I am thankful that He wants to preserve (redeem) all of the trees in the vineyard. What more could He have done? The Lord doeth nothing save it be for the benefit of his children. Jesus Christ performed the infinite atonement for all mankind. There is no greater work than that which has already been done.

Nourish. Gilbert, AZ. I have been listening to you since the beginning. Love your style of teaching. How faithful you and Chelsey. You have a lot going on, and still you take time for us. Thank you so much. The trip sounds fun. I am not a teenager anymore, I have no teenagers around any more. I have been to those sights, and they are wonderful. I have even had the opportunity to do a temple session in the Nauvoo temple. My mom and dad served a mission there years and years ago. They loved it.

I am proactive in the vineyard by seeking to be proactive. Elder Andersen said we should pray for announced temples to be constructed. As one called by the Holy Ghost to master the Cyrillic script, I have particularly been praying for the temple announced for Russia to be constructed.

Welcome back. Even though I am older I enjoy your Nourishing lessons. I know you are busy but you might be able to use some of your videos from 4 years ago. I know the dates and the lessons will not match, but by reviewing your old lesson it would be easier to make the new lesson. I have gone back and rewatched your old videos from time to time. thank you for all of the good work you two are doing. Richard Howe, Orem, Utah.

Mary from Provo Utah. Go Cougars🎉❤ “When you nourish something you care for it more deeply.” I asked two of my friends earlier today what they thought the word “nourish” meant in Jacob 5 and that was one of their responses.
I’m glad you were able to sell your house and the best of luck to you both and your family in your new home.
I look forward to your Come Follow Me you’re both great teachers and examples.

Another great lesson. We should always be nourishing our spiritual body like we do our physical body. When we need food, our physical body lets us know. Our spiritual will let us know what we need, but how many of us ignore those hunger pains.
Another thought I came up with: 'Temptations come, Temptations go, it's what we do with them that determines our fate.'

Many evangelical denominations of Christianity and even Islam and Hinduism, teach what we would call Christlike principles but none of them had the fullness. The efficacy of everlasting covenants was missing. That's why temples are so essential.

Nourish - Thank you for sharing the part you said, “It’s the covenants that make you nourish. I’m grateful for that because it’s a great reminder that we need to go and do in order to make the gospel flourish in our lives. Please tell Chelsea she was missed and will be glad to see her when she’s back on with you. 30:08

Great to see you again. I have missed the visits. As you spoke of Sherem following the allegory of the olive trees I am reminded of Elder Hollands talk, Daddy, Donna, and Nephi (see September 1976 Ensign). This wonderful Book of Mormon was not put together randomly. There is purpose in the order of what is given. One of his questions was "why is the Book of Ether positioned exactly where it is?" This is the most correct book on earth, organized by the hand of God with purpose in every chapter and verse. Sherem coming after the allegory of the olive trees is not random; there is purpose in the order and organization of all of the messages given in this wonderful book.

What happened to Jacob 1-4? And please get a better mic system. There is reverberation/sound bleed which makes it hard to hear for those with hearing loss due to sound distortions
