I spent a few years working in uk , those ties are pretty crap considering how ocd they are about good build quality .

@@Delaneybricklaying exactly we use to use butterfly ties similar to yours but they stopped making them.
You got to let the mortar round the ties go off otherwise you just pull them loose🥴
