1. For e-learning you can go with cloudways or chemicloud
2. 1 lakh visitors at the same time is a lot. You need to go heavy on cloud or VPS for that.
3. $10 server cannot maintain 1 lakh real time visitors. You need to invest a lot more than that.

5:59 namecheap shared hosting also not that knowledgeable 😅 recently I saw litespeed cache plugin installed automatically(I googled it, why, most of the result said it installed by hosting provider) and so I contacted and explained and they said that plugin is not made by namecheap, wordpress made it and you can disable in dashboard->plugins ....😑 like I didnt knew this, and I asked namecheap shared hosting using apache then why it installed automatically....no answer😑
but after that I checked on wappalyzer its showing my web server is litespeed, so I did test on http/3 checker it also passed, and in cloudflare->network their also http/3 option is enabled and in quic cloud I also got free 100credit for litespeed server, so for sure now namecheap shared hosting also using litespeed servers, but in the end moral is their staff also not that knowledgeable😂
At such low cost what you can expect 😂😂😅😅
