Highlighting connections that have been hidden from non-Jewish eyes, Rabbi Jason Sobel pulls back the curtain to shed God’s light on the holy scriptures.
Most people do not understand how the Bible fits together-even people of faith. Too many Christians accept half an inheritance in that they are content to embrace merely the New Testament. On the flip side, Jews often experience this by embracing only the Old Testament. But God has an intricate plan and purpose for both.
In Mysteries of the Messiah, Rabbi Jason Sobel, raised in a Jewish home in New Jersey but now a follower of Yeshua, pulls back the curtain to show the many connections in Scripture hidden in plain sight. Known for his emphatic declaration “but there’s more!” he guides readers from the story of creation through Revelation to see the passion and purpose of the Messiah, the Torah, and several of the patriarchs and prophets.
God’s Word, written by many people over thousands of years, is not a random selection of people and stories, but they have intricate connections. Rabbi Jason connects the dots for readers, helping them see with clarity what God intended.

Please do read THE BIBLE AND this book. We should never be persuaded to replace The Word with any other book. I’m glad I’ve found Rabbi Sobel’s teachings because he is filled with so much knowledge.

I SO appreciate this video. So many denominations have split & split again leaving their congregations confused. I do believe confusion is the devil's work. It is so nice to study in this manner and deepen your own relationship with God. I look forward to listening to your books on Audible!

I just got this book and I am so excited about the deep revelation it brings. Nothing excites me more than discovering the deep nuggets found in the word especially in tying the O.T. to the new testament. But Father has taught me 3-fold things. OT and NT and the fulfillment in the endtimes. Such as Moses a deliverer, Jesus the Deliverer and the 144, 000 witnesses who are deliverers. Father says He will reveal the hidden mysteries and the secret counsels very soon of things that have never been spoken before. Now is the time.
Thanks so much for this book and may God bless you as you hear His voice for future books.

teaching is great and for a long time I been trying to learn more about the teaching I am a person been in church in a bilingual church, I always read both the old and new testament with no problem. I notical many don't read the old and they should because you be feeling like a light bulb and see it is important because the new is a repeat of the old testment.

Jason, I have been taught that it was not on "Good Friday" that Yeshua was crucified. Passover is the 14th of Nissan, Feast of Firstfruits Nissan 17. Yom Shishi to Yom Rishon is not 3 days.

2 Timothy 3:15-17 We study the whole word, but our covenant is in the New Covenant, Roman 6:14 says For I shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under the Law but under Grace = Jesus.

Why wouldn’t Yeshua curse the fig tree since that was more than likely the fruit she bit into in Genesis 3:6

The town of Bethany, also known as the House of figs or the house of affliction, is where Mary, Martha and Lazarus lived and where Yeshua stayed before his crucifixion. This house is at the foot of the Mount of Olives.

Winter Storm - Because as a whole, the Jewish people are still waiting for the Messiah to come.

somebody needs to gently tell them that when Christ appears (Colossians 3:4 KJV), he is not coming as their Messiah (because the real Jews kicked him to the curb or he would have returned in the 1st century as he promised in Matthew 16:28! He is coming as the Saviour of the world to vanquish Satan & Co and receive the inheritance his Father plans to give him - and of which we that believe are his fellow heirs through faith - “the kingdom of his dear Son” (Colossians 1:13 KJV). It’s time to realize that God’s divorce from Israel was final in 70 AD because that would have been the point he would have returned in glory to catch up his church Jewish and Greek believers) and return to earth with them to annihilate their enemies and give them the keys to their kingdom (where the Greeks would serve their Jewish masters, (Isaiah 60 KJV). Instead, 70 AD still happened but without the prophesied rescue because they would not have that man to rule over them; but like many scorned and betrayed suitors, God allowed the Romans to trash all of Israel’s stuff - their temple, animal sacrifices, and their city, not to mentions scores of Jews! Check for yourself, Paul never mentions their end time prophecies, their kingdom hope (he only mentions the word, Israel, a couple of times but not in the context of their hope! Paul never quotes from the Old Testament again even though he had done it hundreds of times in his Acts epistles, and he especially quoted from Isaiah. Why did he stop doing that so abruptly? Then there’s the elephant in the room that no one wants to mention, that most (if not all) Jews today are descendants of converts to Judaism from Eastern Europe (modern-day Ukraine) and none have Hebrew blood or DNA! They’re more likely to speak Yiddish than Aramaic and all the customs we’ve associated with them are from the country they came from! It’s a little like identity theft if you think about it!
Our terms of salvation today for us pagans - and everyone is a pagan in God’s eyes today - are in Ephesians and Colossians, the free gift of Ephesians 2:8&9!

The Bible shouldn't be Old Testament and New Testament. I heard there are churches that are just using the New Testament.
