That van looks really well done. Love that stone. But I gotta say my fav part of this was how you reacted to that baby. To be fair, she was pretty adorable.
I used that stone on both of my vans it’s great stuff. Very easy to work with and a great company. However being in the tile/stone business for over 30 years I don’t believe it’s actually a veneer. I believe it’s more of a colored stone dust type material adhered to a flexible substrate. Once again fabulous product not to mention a very nice build.
I think that van is appropriately priced for what you are getting. Their attention to detail is fantastic. Looking forward to seeing another build from them in the future.
@@TinyPlanetgroup Kinda what I thought. Wish they were a little more open when explaining their prices but they will always say but we had it all listed out, not really. Just say with these options its this much. Problem solved for all.
@@dfwvtxman Client brings his own van, that's why the conversion price is always separate from the van price. Your van can be new or used, fully loaded or basic. It can be $50k more or less for the van price - that's why it is not obvious for me to show the full price of the van+conversion. And Jerod asked for the conversion price in this video. Anyway, sorry for the confusion, we'll try to make it more clear next time.
@@dfwvtxmanWe said that the price of such a BUILD is 150k. Not the cost of the campervan. A cargo van's price varies a lot from 55k to 95k. So we say just a conversion price.
Jarrod, what battery voltage would you run if you lived full-time in a camper van like this, 12v,24v or 48v? Also what A/C unit would you run for HOT Texas summers?
It’s a personal preference but I’d go 12 or 24 so I wouldn’t have to “step down” voltage for a lot of components. I’d go with cruise n comfort ac as where they source parts from are the best and how it’s assembled works the best. It will also matter how you to your insulation so just keep that in mind
Beautiful! Damn near perfect. Did he say $140 - 150???!!!! Now THAT's a deal! 800Ah and 600W of solar? Hinged panel? Nice fridge where it belongs height-wise -- not to mention the in-floor heating and Cruze-n-comfort! This makes the Westfalia Wave (on ProMaster) seem way over-priced at $156 - 168 -- also a relative "value" imo -- educate me if I'm wrong about that, pls.... Cheers!...from North Vancouver
This is the best video and best converted van ❤❤ loved it 😍
Loved the new tiny addition ❤

I actually think that their builds are reasonably priced for what you get
$140-150k doesn't seem to me out of line. Heck most vans this nice on vanlife trader would be $225-250k.
It is just a conversion price. The total is around 240-250k

I think that’s for build only
150k is the conversion price. Plus a cargo van’s price which can be from 55k to 95k

Jarrod, they copied your ceiling design! lol I''veeen that bebofe. It's a "Jarrod knock-off van" lol
Hahaha 🤷🏻♂️
That lounge looks uncomfy lol
It is comfy) we traveled with such van for 10 months continuesly and used this lounge often. Check out our channel to see some videos with it.
Theae van builders will never get there money back nobody spends 200 k on a van.
Sorry to upset you but this a custom project that was built for a client. This is an average price of our customer’s builds.
