A piece of advice, avoid entertaining any content regarding the movie until official teaser or trailer comes out, in order to avoid a sub-par experience in the movie theatre. Also, Ranbir is taking quite a lot of efforts for the role so cut him some slack. If you don't want to watch his movie, then its fine; if you want to judge his acting, watch the movie first instead of just passing the judgement without having watched the movie. Personally, i'm a big fan of OG Arun Govil's Ramayan series and Yugo Sako's Ramayan: The Legend of Prince Ram😍😍. Waiting desperately to watch movie of such calibre.

My opinion on this is that let's just wait. Even I didn't get the vibe of Lord Ram from Ranbir and Mata sita's vibe from sai pallavi BUT both are very promising actor therefore i want to see the trailer where we can see them and can understand how they have pulled their character. From just a glimpse we can't say how the film will be we have to wait until the teaser or the trailer is dropped. After this only we can make some opinion about has the role being justified or not

Shan bhai, Ram character was is some what requires method acting. Ram was an ideal man(Bhagwaan wanted to prove that such man can exist, therefore the avtaar), so here all actors needs to prepare themselves methodically, I mean They have to behave like that character in real life. I remember Sumedh mudgalkar Telling his experience about His Potrayal as Lord Krishna. He specifically mentioned that he took 1 year, let me repeat 1 WHOLE YEAR just to make his walk elegant like my Kanha. In serial they actually live the role so they improve gradually, Right now The Ramamyan Made in Sony, you can actually do not believe that this Guy is not Ram, his portrayal is so convincing, They actually need to really spend a huge time and money to actually make Ramayana. You have to live the character to portray the character, and I feel that every character has to live through that character, I hope they do this

Ram Charan's Bhagwan Raam "look" is very overrated. With his height, he looks more like Lakshmana than Bhagwan Ram. Hrithik Roshan is the only actor in entire India who is better suited for this role than Ranbir Kapoor. But if not Hrithik Ranbir is best option. Ranveer Singh would have been perfect Ravana but Yash is fine too.

Man ranbir was formally invited to the pran pratishtha in ayodhya. Its true that he ate meat, but we must not forget that he is/was an elite rich kid. Maybe just for the sake of breaking norms and trying to be cool he did that. Maybe he has changed now. But that also doesnt mean that someone cant criticise him for eating beef or promotes eating beef. But one cant actually question his determination and skills when it comes to playing roles. Its high chance that he will give us a character never seen before on big screen.

Ranbir Kapoor's filmography and script choices have always been good and he has done many diverse roles and I am sure Ranbir Kapoor will nail this role 1 fact which people don't know about is that Ranbir Kapoor's great grandfather Trilok Kapoor, who is brother of Ranbir Kapoor's real great grandfather Prithviraj Kapoor, also did role of Bhagwan Ram in the movie "Shri Ram Bhakt Hanuman" which released in 1948. The only thing Ranbir should worry is that he does not overlap his performance in Brahmāstra and Ramayan.... both movies are epic saga's and will be released around same time. Brahmāstra 2 & 3 and Ramayan in 3 parts will be treat for Ranbir fans eagerly waiting.

For a famous IP like Ramayana, they should have introduced fresh faces who are good theater actors, the way Hansal Mehta did in Scam series. Casting known faces is stupid because it can confuse people. I feel Ranbir has got the looks to play the role but he comes with a long history of terrific roles so it will not have as much impact as one would hope. Also the makers will make money even by casting new faces. I see this blunder happen in upcoming Shaktimaan also.

Personally liked the set design, costumes and the actors. It would be enhanced by visual effects in the final product. So we should wait for the final product before passing judgement. However, one thing is for sure: Ranbir Kapoor will absolutely nail it with his dedication and honesty towards acting.
When did we start to care what actors do in real life, rather than focusing on their acting talent? As long as they don't do illegal activities, their food preferences, faith, relationships etc shouldn't divert our judgement for their acting graph s. One should not judge an actor and his casting by a few still photos. When Ashish Sharma was cast as Shri Ram in the TV Show "Siya Ke Ram", I was very skeptical, but he did a fantastic job. In an ideal world he can be in the movie, but we need stars so let us see what Ranbir delivers. It's too early to judge and we should wait until the teasers and trailers drop.

Also, Ranbir is taking quite a lot of efforts for the role so cut him some slack. If you don't want to watch his movie, then its fine; if you want to judge his acting, watch the movie first instead of just passing the judgement without having watched the movie. Personally, i'm a big fan of OG Arun Govil's Ramayan series and Yugo Sako's Ramayan: The Legend of Prince Ram😍😍. Waiting desperately to watch movie of such calibre.

Even I didn't get the vibe of Lord Ram from Ranbir and Mata sita's vibe from sai pallavi BUT both are very promising actor therefore i want to see the trailer where we can see them and can understand how they have pulled their character. From just a glimpse we can't say how the film will be we have to wait until the teaser or the trailer is dropped. After this only we can make some opinion about has the role being justified or not

He specifically mentioned that he took 1 year, let me repeat 1 WHOLE YEAR just to make his walk elegant like my Kanha. In serial they actually live the role so they improve gradually, Right now The Ramamyan Made in Sony, you can actually do not believe that this Guy is not Ram, his portrayal is so convincing, They actually need to really spend a huge time and money to actually make Ramayana. You have to live the character to portray the character, and I feel that every character has to live through that character, I hope they do this

The only thing Ranbir should worry is that he does not overlap his performance in Brahmāstra and Ramayan.... both movies are epic saga's and will be released around same time. Brahmāstra 2 & 3 and Ramayan in 3 parts will be treat for Ranbir fans eagerly waiting.

For a famous IP like Ramayana, they should have introduced fresh faces who are good theater actors, the way Hansal Mehta did in Scam series. Casting known faces is stupid because it can confuse people.
I feel Ranbir has got the looks to play the role but he comes with a long history of terrific roles so it will not have as much impact as one would hope. Also the makers will make money even by casting new faces.
I see this blunder happen in upcoming Shaktimaan also.

Personally liked the set design, costumes and the actors. It would be enhanced by visual effects in the final product. So we should wait for the final product before passing judgement. However, one thing is for sure: Ranbir Kapoor will absolutely nail it with his dedication and honesty towards acting.
After watching Adipurush, i think RANBIR IS BEST CAST for Shree RAM . He is a phenomenal actor
When did we start to care what actors do in real life, rather than focusing on their acting talent? As long as they don't do illegal activities, their food preferences, faith, relationships etc shouldn't divert our judgement for their acting graph s. Especially like Ranbir Kapoor, who have mostly given stellar performances from his earliest phase of career, something popular actors of those days would hiccup to experiment in various ventures.

One should not judge an actor and his casting by a few still photos. When Ashish Sharma was cast as Shri Ram in the TV Show "Siya Ke Ram", I was very skeptical, but he did a fantastic job. In an ideal world he can be in the movie, but we need stars so let us see what Ranbir delivers. It's too early to judge and we should wait until the teasers and trailers drop.

We can blindly trust Ranbir for his casting as Lord Ram. He has already done many fantastic roles like Sanju and Ranvijay,and turns out he looks much more suitable and also promising in Lord Ram's role than Prabhas in Adipurush.Also,his commitments and changes that he has been going through since Animal's shooting makes him absolutely perfect and suitable of this. So,in my opinion,if done correctly,Nitesh Tiwari will kill it and make another supethit after Chhichhore and Dangal with superb and absolutely fantastic cast💯
