Mike and Karen I hope you all are doing well you all always come up with some great adventures to go on glad you can continue to enjoy life take care God bless
I'm from Johnson City! Will forever be my earthly home! Been in Northwest TN past 30 years. Have not been to Greg's Pizza or Bay's Mt. Park since the 70's!!! My older brother introduced my sister and me to our first pizza ever from Greg's. Remained his favorite all his life. He passed away just before Christmas 2024 so this was special to me. Thank you for sharing all this. Added this video to my Bucket List.
What a great video. Brooks used to take field trips to Bays Mountain in school. He is coming to Jonesborough this weekend to see some of his friends. He plans on getting a Greg’s pizza. He said thank you for the suggestion 😊
Great video as usual. Karen, I have a Jack in the Pulpit plant that was given to me my an elderly lady that grew up in the mountains of Burnsville, NC. I love it but it only blooms in Spring. I wish it would last all year. Ya'll take care of Winston.❤
Pizzas look delicious and love museums ,so much to learn and take in...what a beautiful place to visit , love the walkway around the lake....thanks for sharing your fun adventure...GOD BLESS
We measure everybody’s pizza to the Gregg’s Pizza yard stick. No one’s pizza can come close to it. It is the absolute best. The Johnson City store is the best. My kids are all grown and moved out but when they want pizza they still get Gregg’s.
Love the video. Karen, the picture of the jack in the pulpit does not do it justice. The point is if you ever get to see one Oh they are beautiful. As a kid my parents would take us kids on hikes here in Tn. Oh the plants and flowers we would see. Little brown jugs smell like pledge furniture polish lol
I make crustless pizzas now at home in a cast iron skillet. Had to ditch carbs (wheat) several years ago..but have adapted well. We were in JC July 2023..Hope to go back soon. Thanks for inviting us…
Also love Bays Mountain. Fun fact, you cannot fish at Bays Mountain unless you are a child or a senior citizen 😊 Bays Mountain is also free to veterans as well as a certain amount of their extra activities like the barge ride and planetarian.
If it's Greg's, it IS the best! Grew up eating Greg's. Used to be one in Bristol, too; that was our store. Elizabethton store is still open for business, too!😊
Hello Mike and Karen, I'm wondering if you have explored Jonesborough, TN. As you probably know, it's adjacent to Johnson City to the west. It's an arts and crafts center that hosts multiple annual festivals. Quite a few interesting shops worth visiting.
I’m sure Greg’s is great, looks wonderful! If you’re ever through Sparta, Tn, stop at Marioocci’s pizza, absolutely the best pizza in middle Tennessee! Thanks for the video!
Oh my! We absolutely love Greg's pizza!!! We order from Elizabethton location and always get the Greg's special pizza which is their supreme. My husband and I fight over the end pieces lol. The Elizabethton location does have dine in.
We had a neighbor, little old Kady who was constantly working in her yard even though her mobility was not good. On a walk I saw a water moccasin in her yard. I killed it to protect her then mom said let's take it home and hang it up so it will rain. So I did and it did rain. I wouldn't have killed it if I weren't worried for her.

Thanks so much Jeff! Good bless

I’ve been watching you two for a few years now and I just realized your last name is Friday!

That's awesome you were looking out for your neighbor!
