Sir please mera ek question sir actually meri age 17 hai or mera weight 93 and height 6,1 sir actually meri body pr fat nhi bus belly pr hai or sir thoda sa face par to sir kya mujhe calprie deficit krna chaiye ya usse meri growth pe asar padega yha confuse hu sir bhot jada koi shi guide nhi kr rha hai..... or baki junk to main khata hi nhi hun
Hey bro ya you can definitely go on a deficit but make make you don't do it to extreme take it slow as your age is not that much and u have enough time to lose that fat ,if you don't exercise make sure you exercise daily and cut around 300 to 400 calories deficit and I would suggest exercising early morning but if it's not possible that ok u can exercise at whatever time is god 4 u just make sure the intensity is high that way you can lose that fat and make sure you take protein rich diet and fruits etc.
