I love that you acknowledge how important all roles are to the success of your business. 👏🏾👏🏾 If more bosses had that mindset, they'd probably retain more great staff for longer.
Most of my work background is in the office (admin. asst.), and I've always said that if the frontline/customer service staff all quit ..... many of the "bosses" wouldn't know how to conduct the daily tasks. I'm referring to City/State workers, not necessarily entrepreneurs. 🤭
