I just wanted to say that, at least in my experience, my obgyn told me to not have another kid for 2 years bc my uterus is still healing from giving birth and takes that long to heal. Same was told to my step mom when I told her about it. We didn't have any surgeries like Tammy did I think that might just be a normal thing but a big case for Tammy.

Its time Tammy is left to sink or swim on her own...everyone has tried and she's done it all to herself , shes been given all the resources and tools to turn her life around but she rather sit there and raising hell till she runs outta breath

Amy is entitled and allowed to take care of herself and her family.
Coming from someone who deeply believes in the importance of family and supporting eachother (esp in latin culture/households) I still stand by Amy’s choice to put herself first.
I only pray that someday soon Tammy might find enough love for herself to do the same and lose all the weight. I follow their story a lot and it’s begging to get scary how numb it feels now to see her appointments when she’s only gained more and more weight every time.
amy is growing and realizing she is not a mother to her sister. tammy is grown and she needs to act like it. i really hope no one blames amy for whatever choice she makes, but we know tammy most likely will.

Amy needs to do for her family 1st and herself as well. So that Amy can continue to be there for her children. Tammy needs to grow up and take care of herself and quick depending on everyone else to do for her. Then guilt tripping them.
I bet if the network told her she better lose that weight to get the surgery or the show is Over she would lose that weight.
I'm scared about Amy's 2nd child cause she had to have a C section on gage and it wasn't too long ago since she gave birth to him plus who knows what could happen to the second baby.
I'm praying that she'll have a safe delivery and a healthy baby 🙏
Tammy needs to be on her own for a wile to have an eye opening experience to finally get the help she needs to lose the weight. It's not fair that Amy has to take care of a grone woman because she can't get her self together.
Tammy ended up on medicated coma in the ICU after he lungs were failing she lost 115 pounds in rehab after and is doing better now
I think Tammy should be in a controlled environment.She won't loose weight on her own
I am glad Amy is doing what is best for her family! Amy alway's wanted to be a mother so for her to have the two children she alway's wanted well then let her be then she can focus on her weight and health after the baby! I am glad she found a house and in a much happier place!
Id love to have a sister like Amy she's a lovely person, she needs to put herself and her own family first now though. Tammy must be exhausting to put up with physically &mentally.
The only ppl Amy is obligated to care for is her husband and children. And maybe her mom no one else. She’s very caring for Tammy however she did warn her that her family comes first so Tammy should get her act together.

Amy is cool, but her getting pregnant again seemed like she gave up on the diet thing. Tammy never stuck with it so of course Amy looks tiny comparatively, she had the surgery. Kinda disappointing, glad she has goals but her and her husband need to lose weight. Michael breaths very heavy also...
I agree 100%....everyone thinks Amy is a saint but she is far from it. She doesn't follow the rules either and she hasn't really lost all the weight she should have either.

Amy gave Tammy PLENTY of warning (timewise) that she was gonna be too busy to take care of her. Where are her drinking buddies? She doesn't act up with them, have they offered to help take care of her? 🤔

Tammy needs to mandatorily stay in rehab until she can get the surgery.
She's gonna be alone cause she's pushing everyone away. Tammy is drowning in her weight issues and eventually her body is gonna just give out. I understand her constantly being in pain so it's extra hard, but if she doesn't do what needs to be done then she won't have to worry about it no more, she will die. She needs the choice taken away from her. She can't live alone, she needs someone who will make food and exercise decisions for her.
Edited to add: Amy needs to focus on herself, Amy has done all she could for Tammy and she has been nothing but ungrateful. Tammy is in denial of how immobile she has become and the lack of control she has over herself, so she's ALWAYS on defense.

Time for Tammy to grow up and have some independence. Its not fair for the rest of the family that works hard to take care of themselves after their surgeries. She needs daily assistance from a nurse. The fam can visit because they want to not have to.
Amy needs to be focused on having a safe pregnancy
Tammy needs to take care of Tammy. Instead of feeling sorry for herself and being pissed that Amy or Chris is doing what is needed for their selves and losing weight. Tammy isn't trying to losing weight. It's like Chris said on the show one time She had to purposely trying to gain weight putting on 1.33 lbs a day gaining 50 lbs in a month. If Tammy wants to truly lose weight, She's got to do no one else. Either that or put her in rehab or assisted living where someone else besides immediately family can be monitored what's she eats and loses it. Not that family is giving her too much food. So she can't blame her siblings and guilt trip them. It's now lose weight or die. If I was her I'd do everything to lose weight. I know what it's like to be over weight and it's up to me to lose it no one else. I lost 75 lbs and I am keeping on trying.
