- Delhi High Court will hear Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's plea challenging his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate in the excise policy case on Wednesday.
A single judge bench of Justice Swarna Kanta Sharma will hear the plea filed by the Chief Minister at around 10.30 am on Wednesday.
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief, in his plea to the High Court, had argued that both the arrest and the remand order are illegal, and he is entitled to be released from custody immediately.
