what you are looking for is not to change something or understand , that's because of the veiling of freedom ; it is the freedom from needing things to be different than they are and you are already that freedom ; it takes care of itself/yourself but not as an idea or a concept , tangibly ; when change happens it's always at the exact right moment ; from the feeling of separation it feels as good or bad .
There is one channeler who says that if we don't reincarnate, then we are of no use to source anymore and our soul gets reabsorbed into source and we cease to exist as an individual soul. Basically we have the choice to continue to reincarnate or be absorbed. This whole experience seems like a cruel and traumatic $hitshow. And no one can seem to definitely say where source came from. Since energy can't die, source had to come from somewhere. I feel like it's a big manipulation game.

The idea of not wanting to incarnate again is ego identification. Any complaint or resistance is identification. Why wouldn’t you come back if it is a ‘fast track’ to raising your consciousness. From this perspective it can be hard and relentless (subjectively) but from the flip side you learning at a higher rate (apparently). There is not even a NOW - it just is.
I often think that if you are “all and everything” In infinite time. our small selves here might -think -that we don’t want to do this again, but living anything in forgetfulness would be ecstasy to the being in the void so the game would happen over and over because we would just want to try it again! And you probably want to try the same life again in infinite ways ( like -what if I had stayed with him instead of leaving him- or, what if we never got married- or what if I had kids, or what if I didn’t have kids? What if I was rich? What if I was poor?) But I can imagine that once you use up all of the ways to be, then you get tired because you are all full - all filled with this “game “ And then you don’t want to play anymore because you have infinity to create and why would you want to repeat some thing you’ve done already? It is the only way to experience the universe in the particular way we do: embodied. Why not celebrate embodiment instead of getting away from it? .
