I’m glad you brought up straps. If a strap is not adjustable and/ or removable, then it’s a no go for me.

My key points into handbags is the size & leather. I’m a leather lover. Also handbag styles change for a person over time. I use to be a satchel lover. Now I’m a crossbody lover. I have my Coach Cassie’s & Quinn’s I carry more than my other bags. Also recently got a vintage Coach court bag that I love so much! But yeah, I think handbag styles change for a person over time.
My needs are pretty simple - needs to be able to wear crossbody and hold the minimum of a card holder and my mints.
Great video. Another tip is don't follow trends. Cuz trend come and go. stick to what you love. TFS 👍

Great video! I agree with all your points. I hate faux leather bags (or "vegan leather" which sounds ridiculous to me) so no matter how cute a bag is, if it's fake leather I won't bother. But I'll do other materials, like nylon or canvas. Thanks especially for your last point about not going into debt for a bag. Along those lines, I wish more UA-camrs would be upfront about what they paid for the bags they're unboxing, but a lot of them are cagey about it -- why? Transparency is a great way to build up your viewerbase, I say.
When I purchase a bag, I like to go the store and try it out. If I can’t fit my keys, phone, and wallet in it, it’s a no for me. I also ask myself what will the purpose of this bag be for? Work, errands, dinner with friends? I have returned a lot of bags because I just bought it because I could. I had no use for it. I fell for the trends.

I always base my like for a bag on is it functional can I get in and out of it easily or is it structured and zip top is it crossbody and shoulder bag can I see all my things in the bag these details are important to me !!!
