Honestly it’s kind of hard to believe shiftings real. A man made reality? That seems too good to be true. I’ve tried to make myself “believe in myself” but I’ve lost so much hope that it’s hard. How do people not question it? How can people shift so easily? No matter how much I tell myself “im a master at shifting” or “I am able to shift” or whatever it never works. Am I missing something? How do I make myself confident in this? Is everyone just making up their shifting stories? There’s no proof anyway. Shifting is real and doubting yourself is okay. Doubting is something many shifters struggle with, especially when you believe you have not shifted. Remember that every attempt is you getting closer to your home. Maybe it's small changes that you cannot notice. Either way, shifting is real. Don't give up coming from someone who had major signs and almost shifted.

Can I ask for some advice and opinions on this? I didn’t intend to shift but I didn’t either. How can I shift using this audio? Do I need to use any method?
Not really, but i recommend getting in a comfortable position and then start counting from 0 to 100, every 20 numbers say affirmations or visualize random escenes in your dr, if you finish counting to 100 and you don't feel like being there then start counting again, if you start getting lost in your counting or feel like you are losing concentration start to say affirmations, don't take too much attention to possible simptoms, just keep going and you should be there. I recommend doing this when you really feel relaxed or you feel bored.

Alright so shifting is when your self conscious goes into another universe it can be any universe these people are going to go to genshin. Every thing in that universe is REAL which means they are real people over there in that universe. you don't really need anything to shift tbh

There isn’t really a proper answer for this. All you can do is say affirmations or imagine the scenery around you. There are methods to shift but you don’t have to follow them as there isn’t an exact way to shift! Edit: I’m not even sure if this helped or if you can even understand me qwq sometimes I don’t make sense so please tell me if you don’t understand something I said!
I can’t say much about methods since they usually don’t work for me but I could try recommending some!
