Mate that looks like it would be super comfortable, so much room inside too! Looks like it packs down to an alright size for the street glide. But if you felt the pack was a bit too big you could always swap out the foam mattress for an inflatable one, but you might sacrifice a bit of comfort. Keen to get out on another camping trip with you bud 🤙🏼
Before you put the mattress in put the canvas in a bucket and submerge in water. The stitching needs to get wet to swell so when it rains the swag doesn’t leak
Great review!A schmick unit! Did you season the swag by hosing it letting it dry hosing it letting it dry a few times. Makes it more waterproof! In Tassie where its wet it's probably more important!! 🤔👍👍👍
We miss the camp ⛺️ outs we used to have in our backyards when we were little. Karen and and I are thinking about reliving our youth but we’ll have to wait until spring. 👀 Looks like a nice set up maybe you can use it on a adventure with Mr. Bogan and Perry. Cheers 🍻 Throttle DownUnder.
Hi Rob, looks like a great swag. It does seem fairly big? Have you used it regularly on the Harley and if so, what’s your opinion of it longer term? The mattress looks like it would be comfortable? Great review! 👍
Seriously!? That thing is WAAAAAAY to big. You can get a tent, sleeping bag, sleeping mat and pillow in one saddle bag. I'm confused. someone explain to me why you need something that packs down to the size of a large circus tent to go moto camping. Maybe its just me. Great video though. "SUBSCRIBED"
G'day Paul. Yes I would. Once the Swag is seasoned its great. But if I was somewhere where there is lots of rain I'd rather a tent that I could sit up or stand up and and move around
Great review the common fault with the ventilation on most swags is they will have one full side that opens but you need the air to flow through the swag which this one does 👍
Been thinking of rider camping myself. Bought things on a tight budget. But Im 6'3 and the two man tent looks like only a Seven year old could fit in it....oh well, what could I expect for $14 at Big W. Gonna be fun???? Cheers Rob.
This video was way longer than it had to be ....talking way too much MATE ! I'm writing this comment and you're still messing with the knot lol .....great review regarless! Just had to say something
Great review man. I'm in the other camp- jap adv bike and ultralight tent. But the swag on the Harley has wicked cowboy vibes. Ride safe bro. Aussie Aussie Aussie 🤙
Been using an Oztrail biker swag for quite a few years - held up pretty well... though the securing straps have 'busted' ... my fault 'likely' due to mistreatment. I keep the farty bag inside it ... just roll it all up and sling across the seat sideways (as you did) ... Clears panniers and provides back support. You didn't mention the cost (ballpark?)... sleeping bag - in or out?... and ... how long for mattress to 'deflate'.? Notwithstanding ... looks a major step-up to my current 'accommodation'. ;-)

I think if I packed it down better it will be smaller. Plus I'll ratchet strap it instead elastic

Thanks mate, yes the canvas was certainly seasoned before use
This was a great review Rob!! I want one now 🤷🏻♀️🥰👋👋👋
Thanks WP. I'm looking forward to it for sure
Hardly fit in the boot of my car! Certainly between seeing final size and the knot issue 100 % put me off! Great video
Looking forward to your camping review 😎🤙🏻

Yes mate I sure did. Shes ready to rock and roll

Haha Bogan and Parry are too crazy for me. I love watching their vids but I don't want to destroy my bike lol
That sure is a comfy looking swag but at over 13kg it's more like a car camping swag, thanks for the vid
Great video mate, now keen to see some moto camping videos 👍👍👍
They'll be coming for sure Paul
@@ThrottleDownunder awesome, love those types of videos
Sorry I missed the premiere mate. I was out on the pushbike with the Mrs. Now I have a sore arse and my legs are jelly.
Haha I knocked over a 6km walk with the Misses tonight too
@@ThrottleDownunder Nice one.
Certainly a great swag, just a stretch on the bike. Thanks for your efforts.
Yes its super big for the bike. Bit it's a big bike haha
Great choice on the Dirty Dee mate and cheers for the review!
Thank you. Really loving it folks. Great swag
Looks like a good swag mate the test will be using in in real life great stuff mate
Thanks guys, I'll be testing it real soon

Nice swag mate, just found you and I like what I see. thumbs up and subbed.
Thanks mate

Haha thanks mate I agree totally. When I got it during pandemic everything was sold out. I should have waited
This is Korea
Still cold and very hard to riding to.
I'm so sad.
It is summer here so I hope to go camping before it gets cold here too
It's lovely and warm here in Spain :d
Got one similar but doesn’t look as sturdy as yours. Thanks for the share Rob. I’ll keep my eyes out for when I go south on the bike.
Just don't run over me when I'm camped on the side of the road 😀😀
Looks good Robbo, think id be struggling to get that on the ktm 😂😁👍🏼
Yeah she's pretty big for sure. But with 1863cc and almost as wide as a car, the Harley loves it haha
Why wouldn’t you just buy a small lightweight tent instead of this big huge humongous heavy thing?
This was all that was available during lockdown. All camping gear was sold out.
hi
.normaly roll swag up with poles and pegs rolled up inside of swag
Thanks mate 🤙🤙
Swag hey swag that swagger is swags HUGE swag. Swag. Swag. Swag lol
Realy awesome review mate, how did it go on your trip?
Hello from England we get lots of rain here would you recommend it.
G'day Paul. Yes I would. Once the Swag is seasoned its great. But if I was somewhere where there is lots of rain I'd rather a tent that I could sit up or stand up and and move around
@@ThrottleDownunder oh no mate we just go the pub. Thanks for the help.
@@paulcummins5231 haha good solution
That Swag has plenty of Swag.
It might be a bit of overkill
@@ThrottleDownunder Not at all. Looks awesome.
How long is it?
2150mm Chewie
@@ThrottleDownunder I'd fit easy.
That’s never going back in that tight bag lol,!
Haha it got in but it's way too big. Think I'll replace the big thick mattress with a small inflatable
Great review the common fault with the ventilation on most swags is they will have one full side that opens but you need the air to flow through the swag which this one does 👍
I'm three minutes in.. It looks massive. Too big for little old me.
It sure is big. I no longer use it for moto camping
I have a Royal Enfield Himalayan…I think she’s a bit smol for this swag 😂
I agree...in fact I've stopped using it for moto camping
Been thinking of rider camping myself. Bought things on a tight budget. But Im 6'3 and the two man tent looks like only a Seven year old could fit in it....oh well, what could I expect for $14 at Big W. Gonna be fun???? Cheers Rob.
At 6 3 I guess its hard to find things to fit . Good luck with it mate 🤙🤙

Great review and thanks for sharing. We do lots of moto camping. So this was nice.
Awesome mate thank you
So excited for moto camping. Thanks for the vids
Ten beers later...! 🤣 Been wanting to do some motocamping soon on my Bonneville!
Great review!
I think the Bonnie is a great hike to camp with. My Harley is going to be difficult to get into many locations
Great review man. I'm in the other camp- jap adv bike and ultralight tent. But the swag on the Harley has wicked cowboy vibes. Ride safe bro. Aussie Aussie Aussie 🤙
Thank you mate. I'm now on a GS so looking for the light weight options now
this looks like a heavy and huge bag for motorcycle camping.
That was "NOT" a good knot.
I was cranky haha
@@ThrottleDownunder Yes you were. Hahahahahahaha
Thanks for the video! How long is the bag and the weight?
Great review, well explained and showed . Just a bit big hanging out on the bike.
Thanks Dan

Any review on the long term ?
This is huge... what about waterproof ??
Completly waterproof
Hey Rob, how do find the mirrors? does it obstruct your view with this swag? Cheers Mate
Looks good Rob, how much?
G'day Dags, this one was about 360
How much did it weigh?
Five minutes in before you start unboxing and stop moaning?
And you guys go on about 'whinging Poms'?🙊

Says the guy with no videos on their channel. I don’t see any tent or swag reviews on your channel mate. So, move along.
🤦♂️🤣that thing is huge. Way to big.
