Thank you for all the info! I was given 3 plants a couple of years ago without knowing what they were and for the first time I have 1 big pink flower! Can the canes produce flowers as well or do you cut them to grow new plants?

The canes can produce lateral shoots, which can produce flowers.

Hi, I was given one long piece about 3 feet tall with many leaves on each side all the way up. Can I plant that as one plant after I let it callus over, or is it too tall to do as one planting? Or do I need to take the leaves off to callus and plant? Also do you ever use rooting powder? Thank you ❤

If you are given a cutting that big, I suggest cutting it up to around 15 cm pieces and let it callus for a few days (make sure you remember which side is up and which side is down, and each piece has a few undamaged areoles). I don't use rooting hormones for Epiphyllum since they root so easily.

When do you fertilise and how often

I usually don't fertilise my Epiphyllums heavily, but I recommend some in spring when they are developing their buds, as well as some after blooming.

No one tells how often or how much to water the cuttings... And should they be sprayed with water?

When I water any plant, I always ensure the soil is fully soaked and water runs out the bottom of the pot. With these cuttings, as they don't have roots, you'd water them less than an actively growing adult plant, but they aren't too picky with how much water they take. I would say wait until the soil is pretty much dried before you water again (around once a week, give or take a few days depending on how hot it is).

Ma queste piante vogliono stare al sole o all'ombra grazie❤

These plants prefer part shade, if they get too much sun, the segments may turn a red colour indicating they are stressed, or they may get sunburnt.
