Risen and Pipistrel are just about as high tech you're gona get when it comes to ultralights.
That was great. About 25 years ago, I soloed in a Katana DA20. That little airplane was so much fun to fly. But, life got busy so I haven't gone up in the interim. Now that I'm retired, I have been thinking of getting back into flying. The Pipistrel Alpha may be a fun plane to fly next. I love all that new Garmin avionics.
I actually prefer the Dynon package. I’ve had it in 3 other LSA’s and I’m very comfortable with the units. Yes, the Garmins are also good.
If only there was some sort of warning to let you know not to go above 2400 RPM before oil temp is above 120.. but that's fine. You can pump unfiltered oil throughout your $20k engine.

Who was flying the plane while the presumed pilot was f*cking around with a handheld camera? If I was the passenger, I would have freaked out!
Olenfer Soi, your language in your comment was totally inappropriate and also showed your ignorance as to which seat the pilot MUST occupy. Also your assumption that the person with the camera was the pilot was incorrect. The person (not holding the camera) IS THE Pilot, and has years of experience and training to provide the safest experience for ME, the passenger (and cameraman). By the way, I do not want to see another comment from you with inappropriate language. Wayne Whitley
