Every good player uses toggle sprint because you pretty much always want to sprint, there aren’t many scenarios where you wouldn’t want to sprint but there are a couple

After you hit, remember, it's the first hit WHEN sprinting; sprint resets only happens once in the first attack, so you need to stop a second to start a new sprint.
