Bozo, a sigma is only an introvert... Its not a new type of male... Males are either an alpha or a beta... We all know what those mean... And if ur introverted u are still either an alpha or a beta... The alpha isnt the pack leader, its the one with a self-betterment mindset. The one the pack respects the most. You want to piss people off beyond measure, look them in the eye with total certainty and tell them you don't care, you aren't interested, you don't need them, you can't be bothered. It's UNNERVING to them and unravels them, even frightens them. My siblings have all, at some point in their lives, admitted to me that they grew up afraid of me, despite the fact that I was the one sibling who did not physically attack anyone. I have been called rude, a loner, selfish, not a team player, you name it. Sure, why not.

It’s not that the ‘sigma’ doesn’t care as you suggest. It is rather that the truth is more important.
I'd suggest that they are not the most "hated", but rather the most "envied" . People get right sour when they can't get under someone's skin, and get annoyed by people who live their own lives without giving a flying toot about what society has to say about it. Jealousy is different than hate, I do believe.
People hate what they cant have. Independence, self reliance, critical thinking, inner confidence, most importantly,the idgaf attitude is badass, and they know they cant ever do it. They are sheep.

To use a line I heard at my brother's church last August, "Most people prefer a comfortable lie to an inconvenient truth." We Sigma men ain't in that crowd. We want the real truth. Someone doesn't like that? Whatever. I can be 97% sure someone doesn't like me but 100% sure I just don't care.
Damn, all of what you described above is exactly me....
1) I don't seek validation but just do what I want in my own pace and my own time.
2) I hate people forcing me to get married because I don't like getting married, I value freedom more and I'm VERY happy with being alone. (contrary to the multitude of people who seeks to have relationships and are scared to be alone.). For me marriage is a prison. It will deprive you of your freedom to explore the world.
3) I often like to seat in the farthest part of the auditorium so I can study in peace and I observe the reactions of the people, while they applaud the speaker or (pastor?).
4) I question everything that seems to be manipulative, like someone forcing an opinion in a discussion and someone very needy for validation, I laugh at those people at the back of my mind.
5) I am silent in group discusions even though I already know the answer, I only give it when it's being asked, but I just let them spew their opinions while reserving the answer to myself. Will only share it when needed.
6) I have very few friends but thats okay, they are the ones who I know truly supports me. And In case they turn their backs on me, I don't care either. The best friend you can have and the only one you can Trust, rely onand will not betray you is yourself.
7) I am very compasionate and I'm willing to help those people who are in need and politely asking me for it. But I maintain boundaries, I don't give them too much knowing that "familiarity breeds contempt."
8) I don't give a f@ck if people get turned off but I always strive to live in peace with everyone and I always respect everyone as long as they don't force their beliefs and opinions on me.
9) I always study and plan my every actions and it every move should contribute to my goals.
10) I absolutely love my pet dogs because they are loyal, kind and genuine, for me they are better than courting highly delusional and demanding b!tches who manipulates you for your time and money.

I feel like I have always been a sigma. Sometimes I would doubt myself or ask myself if there's something wrong with me. That's because sigmas are so rare and always misunderstood. I can count on my fingers the number of other men I have met personally who were also like this.

I remember when people started talking about Alpha males and Beta males.
I was an outcast and a loner, and none of those descriptions applied to me.
I'm not really a Sigma male either, but the descriptions are a little closer.
Back in the day when people were talking about Alphas and Betas, I would just say I was a rogue male.
I did always tell harsh truths, not to offend, and not unless someone asked for my opinion, because I didn't want to cause any bad social vibes.
I was an outgoing child. When my single mother moved into the neighborhood I grew up in, I went around the blocks and knocked on every door to say hello, to introduce myself as a new kid in the neighborhood, and to ask if there were children in the house that I could play with.
People looked at me as if I were a space alien that just stepped off of a UFO. "Where is your mother?"
I was four years old.
I was invited in by some old people for milk and cookies, and I would stay and talk to them for awhile. They all said I was exactly like Dennis the Menace.
I played football with the teenage kids down the block. They thought it was funny that I wanted to play and they let me be quarterback. My blockers did a lousy job, and the captain of the other team, their leader, caught me and held me in the air by my ankles. I was laughing the whole time and still clutching the football, even when he dropped me on my head. I just tucked and rolled back to my feet. He asked me if I wanted to go again. I said yes, and I turned on my teammates and chewed them out for doing a lousy job of blocking. I said: "You have to hit them!"
The leader cried out loud: "I love this kid!"
I was popular everywhere and welcomed everywhere.
They tried to cancel the series Dennis the Menace because they were afraid of the influence he would have on American children. The parents in my neighborhood had a meeting and agreed to forbid their children to play with me, though I had done nothing wrong.
I was soon in hell, as my friends all abandoned me. Some parents forced their kids to pick fights with me, even when they were very much afraid and against the whole idea. It was all fighting for years after that.
I became such a curse that even people who might have wanted to be my friend were too afraid of the violence around me.
When I was ambushed by a dozen or so guys, anyone with me might also be hurt.
I tried to go on for awhile with trying to get other kids organized to clean up trash along the streets in town, but it was a total failure because no one wanted to be associated with me.
I believe I might have become what you call an Alpha male if people would have accepted my leadership, but I seemed to have the opposite effect. If I took up a cause, people hated the cause. If I joined a group, people wanted to leave the group. I could get into conflicts with Alpha males, but I would end up destroying and humiliating them rather than convincing them, and the group would hate me. Often, I couldn't convince the group not to do something stupid or not to do something wrong anyway. When I did get my way, everyone was miserable about it. I was always the least popular guy around.
My outcast curse seemed to follow me even after I left the neighborhood I grew up in. I guess I had the habit of living and thinking like a loner and an outcast. Random strangers still sought to pick fights with me, and women still refused to talk to me.
I don't know if it is a personality type so much as a response to the environment.
They did an experiment with Boy Scouts that showed that boys were flexible about how they responded to their social situation.
They found that boys socialize by adopting one of four main social strategies. One boy will adopt the king, or leader, archetype, one boy would adopt the warrior or worker archetype, one would adopt the wizard or scientist or intellectual archetype, and one would adopt the comedian, fool, or jester archetype. The odd thing was that most boys were flexible. When they mixed the boys up again, putting all the leader archetypes in their own group, all the class clowns in another, etc., the boys would change up their strategies, so that each type was represented in each group. For instance, a former leader might become the jester, the intellect, or the warrior in his next group. I suppose only the strongest types remained the same in group after group.
I sort of understood these things since I was a child, before I ever heard of the study. I observed that people changed their behavior when different people were around. I consciously tried to maintain the same behavior around everyone, but I found it useful to use the strategies of the four archetypes on different occasions. If clowning wasn't working to diffuse a violent situation, I would resort to giving orders, and if that failed, I would resort to violence. I could switch mode from clown to king or warrior in the blink of an eye, and it would terrify people who witnessed it. I had to resort to all the stratagies myself because I didn't have even one wingman. I didn't have three other guys to play the other roles for me.
Although I was always a simple man and I always said exactly what I wanted, people didn't believe me, and they always seemed to think I was up to some sort of mischief.
If I liked a girl, I would ask her to go for a walk with me. They almost always refused. I thought it was strange, because I wasn't asking for more than a walk, and walking is one of the things I enjoy best of all - a beautiful experience that I always longed to share. Sometimes, when I liked a woman, I would tell her that I would like to see her in a dress, but I knew when I never saw her in a dress, she wasn't into me. Oddly, a woman who failed to do something I had suggested didn't realize that I had already rejected her for showing so little consideration for what I wanted, and she would go around gossiping with other women that I must be a homosexual because I showed no sexual interest. I simply didn't accept sex before marriage, and I couldn't help but think that people who did that were more animal than human.
I sometimes told a woman that she needed to stop having sex, but they didn't take me seriously either.
I wouldn't get involved with women like that, and I didn't respect men who slept with women they weren't married to. I thought they were pathetic, and too damned weak for men.
Men and women who did that stuff were a disgrace to humanity and they had best keep their crimes against humanity secret.
They all needed to stay in the closet.
So, yeah, I was often so quiet it unnerved people, and sometimes they began to insist on hearing my opinion, but even when I warned them they wouldn't like it, they insisted, so I would rain on their parade.
I knew I would never be popular, so I didn't even try.
But it was all strategies forced upon me by circumstances.
I would have happily had a humble version of the American Dream. I didn't want to rule the world or be famous, or do any magnificent thing like cure cancer, etc. I just wanted a nice little house, a loving wife, and some happy children, and steady work that could afford it. What is the American Dream?
Sigma, Alpha, Beta, etc.?
Anybody could have that. No one has to be a superman for such a simple life.

Dayum. That's one heck of a story. You know, one thought I have, that might be of value:
"Am I a sigma? Or something else? What if I am a sigma? Is that good?"
And then it hit me: The point is not to be the hottest thing at the time, lets say, a sigma right now, but to arrive at a conclusion, that is useful to you at the moment. If I am a sigma, then thats not something to brag about. Thats something to take into account as you make decisions, to do better. When I watch sigma male videos, its not to boost my ego. Its to maybe learn something, or at least learn someone else's opinions.
You are something, based on this huge page you wrote. Is that a sign of autism or something. dunno. But it is something, i rarely see it. Not sigma, they are short effecient to the point.
Only two things are important:
1. We loved Love on it better.. ( better than we used to.. and better than our mutual enemies !!)

At the last annual job evaluation I underwent, I was told I had a "take it or leave it" attitude. I started to argue, but then I realized, I actually DO have a "take it or leave it" attitude.
Why would I have any other attitude at work? I'm not rude, it's just we're there to do a job, let's get on with it or go home.
I tried normal for a time. It put me in to such a state that I came close to self ending. Then I sead to myself ef it all. I now know I can talk to eny one regardless of their social standing equally. It's almost a super power. Be yourself always.

So much of this is a close match to who I really am. But I've ignored and suppressed it for years. Leading to my wife disrespecting me for too long among other things. Not anymore though, I'm stepping out. From now on I'll be true to myself and shoot for the stars. What better payback could there be?

I am a 52 turkish man and i had an awakening as i watched this...In my teens, 20-30s i felt i was different and somehow this lone wolve and EXACTLY this made people furious. I lost myself from 30 to 40 bc i couldnt handle all this inner and outter energy. In the 40s i started earning money bc of my personality BUT I dint knew that this came through my sigma energy. I still struggled with myself and the outter world bc beeing a lonely wolf makes you feel lonely. Sigmas are the quiet heroes in action movies. Alphas either the villains or the incompetent bureaucrats. Both are threatened by the quiet sigmas with integrity.

I didn't know nothing 43 year ago when i was a teenager and even i was 14 eventhing start questioning everything, this year i'm 61 and man my knowledge as grown expediently. been bully didn't border me, it just making me stand up for myself as i start thinking for myself. i remember before the age of 10 some guy call me weird or freak, i've turn around and said ''thank 🤣'',

It's funny year's ago I was at a weekend do at a friend of a friends mother's they were all playing charades ...I've never played any of these games I was sat in the same room but reading a great book people kept asking me to join in the mother kept pestering to join in ...I had to say it's ok I'm here in the room with you but I'm reading this book...people especially the mother got very angry ...some adults are so childlike...I wasent being rude or arrogant I've never played those games in just not interested I wish I could be..it would sometimes make things much easier...I was never invited back again lol

The fact that we just don't care if people like us confuses everyone! I have never understood why most people want to fit in with the group! I have always questioned why people care and they usually respond with they want to be liked so they don't get shunned by society! I laugh and ask why they care if society shuns them? They usually answer it increases their chances of having sex! When I was young I thought that might be true but I have to be true to myself. Now that I am old I know that women are not attracted to a man that is trying to please everyone. Women are attracted to men who are confident and know what they want, not letting anything dissuade them from achieving their goals. If you are focused on getting what you want women will be attracted to that confidence! If you don't know what to do just do what you want and accept the consequences. Later you can research and be better prepared for the next time. If you are always seeking to improve your knowledge you will improve your confidence and decision making ability.

Because we don't care what all of you think! Everyone laughs when I say "I don't need/want any new friends". Thing is I'm being honest. Friends take time, energy and consideration - away from the people (the few) that I do cherish.

People often get upset when I see them struggling with something and I don't jump in to help, but it's not out of laziness, it's out of respect.
I usually have a very specific way I want something done, so if I don't explicitly ask someone for help, that means I don't want it.
Of course they're just being courteous, but there's nothing that aggravates me more than someone jumping in just to mess up what I'm doing, so I try to give other people the same courtesy.
If you ask me for help I'll be more than happy to do so, but if you don't, I'll let you sit there and struggle with it all day long. Lol
