"Hot Summer" was the first F(X) MV I ever saw and really the 1st MV I watched knowing what Kpop was. I was so amazed by the bright colors and how catchy it was. Ultimately it's the song that sold me on F(X) and made them my first Kpop group. Yes, the choreography (especially the chorus part) was simple but memorable. That was something 2nd gen/early 3rd gen was known for, having a "key point" move or dance that wasn't hard but something that you will remember and will connect you to the song. Yeah sadly "All Mine" was their last release. I believe they did like an Asia concert tour in 2016 and then they all started doing solo activities. Victoria has largely been active in China (she's pretty popular there), Krystal has been acting, Luna did musicals, Amber did some solo music and was active on youtube for some time, and Sulli had left the group by then and was active as an actress. Various members have mentioned from time to time that they haven't disbanded and that they have made attempts at coming together and preparing comebacks but only to have something happen and the plans be delayed then shelved. The girls seem content with doing their own activites now and are pretty busy. But its still fustrating to think about how they've essentially become the forgotten group of SM Entertainment. I just feel like the company didn't even bother to try to push anything F(X) related after "All Mine". Their 10th year anniversary came and went with nothing, they could've at least released a digital song (I'm sure the group has recorded plenty of unreleased songs), they don't update anything F(X). Like, when they did new logos for each artist's fandom a few years ago, they didn't even do F(X)'s. So even though F(X) technically haven't disbanded, they did nothing with the group in the last 4 years of their contract period, I don't see SM Entertainment scrambling to pull them together any time soon, but seriously I hope they prove me wrong on that.

Since then she has been my Noona neomu yeppo which is why I decided to stan F(x) but I can tell you that you won't regret listening to their discography, it's full of interesting pieces and beautiful ballads. I think Toy and Beautiful Goodbye are the best F(x) songs but that's just my opinion. You should definitely check them out :3

All Mine was filmed over 2 days between practices & performing, at a stadium for an SM concert. The reason Amber is so tired at the end is because she did all the filming & her part was recorded last. In fact the whole video was made by her. It's her concept, she was sole director & cameraman & editor, so she did all the production. Each girl had a portion of the stadium, showing it off in a selfie style (which Amber knew always got them to show off their personalities best) because of a double meaning. The song is about a relationship, but the girls had just recently found out they would have their own full concert for the 1st time rather than just being 1 group among several at an SM concert. So soon they were going to have a stadium & crowd that was all theirs! SM was supposed to make a video for the song, but had only filmed a bit of it. Then the group's schedules had them doing other stuff for a while & apparently the girls started wondering if it was even going to get finished. But because of Amber's interest & learning of bts production, she was actually hired as camera assistant to shoot some fun "filler" shots of the group at their convenience, some of which would be chosen to go in the video. But then Amber got the idea do more than the minimum,to make her shots into a whole keepsake video for themselves, even though SM likely would still just use a few of her shots in the official video. But then when she showed her completed video to the director, they said her concept was better than what they had planned. They declared the video done & gave her full credit for the work.

The album that's most critically acclaimed and is a lot of MeUs' (f(x)'s fan name!) favourite, since it's one of the most cohesive, experimental and all over amazing album in their discography! The b-sides are amazing and I feel like really solidified them as a group, both musically but just how well they all are together. As a long time f(x) fan, it makes me really happy to see you react to f(x) as, a lot of the comments say, they are the group that pretty much was erased in SM's wall of artists and it's an absolute shame, seeing that these girls are so talented. Luna's also confirmed that she's aiming to release more music in summer (so hopefully soon!) and so I hope you delve in deeper to these girls, their bsides on every album will suck you in (hopefully! haha)!

She's often forgotten between Luna and Krystal's vocals but I love her voice! I think it's kinda what happens with Yeri in Red Velvet. Her voice doesn't receive so much praises so I'm very very happy! She's Chinese and pretty much like Lay developed a career there and has a soloist album too, called Victoria. Please react to Pink Tape! That album is iconic and has Goodbye Summer with D.O. so you'll enjoy it so much!

Also, they all now left SM and I'm glad they all getting what they deserve now. Victoria is very big celebrity in China now. Luna is a CEO of her own ent. company now called Grida Entertainment, Krystal is now one of the most critically acclaimed actress in Korea and Amber is also doing music activities in China and guesting in many shows there. For sulli, we all know she's already with the angels now :((, but I'M GLAD SHE ALSO DEBUTED AS SOLO WITH "GOBLIN". That song is so good too and musically interesting also her b-sides in that album is so interesting. SM has such great groups and talents that I can't explain why they just left f (X) abandoned. The industry in general treats its older groups badly, they care about debuting new talent more than maintaining and growing the ones they already have. Few have escaped this stigma, like Dreamcatcher, BTS or Mamamoo. I really hope this changes.
SM doesn't really do disbandment. They are big fans of extended/permanent hiatuses though. Kim Kibum is still considered a member of SUJU even though he left to peruse acting over a decade ago. This keeps idos obligated to the company for whenever they want to do runion concerts or supergroups.

back in the days choreography was meant to be simple, or has in at least a noticeable move for ppl to follow...it was like the "signature" move of the song...these days I feel choreo is just more intricate and complex, great and amazing but hard to follow....there are so many iconic choreo in 2nd gen...like Gee,Nu abo, abracadabra,roly poly, Mister, Nobody, hot issue, bad girl good girl,alone and the list goes on and on

Yes!!! more f(x) reactions! I'm a Shawol and MeU, so I'm happy! Victoria is my bias and you noticed her voice on Hot Summer and I can't be any happier! She's often forgotten between Luna and Krystal's vocals but I love her voice! I think it's kinda what happens with Yeri in Red Velvet. Her voice doesn't receive so much praises so I'm very very happy! She's Chinese and pretty much like Lay developed a career there and has a soloist album too, called Victoria.

Pink Tape is their most successful and recognized album, expect it to be unique and experimental but at the same time really good album!!
The one you said in hot summer with a vocal tone that you like is Victoria and the main vocal in the group is Luna. Also, hot summer is originally for SNSD and the name is originally not hot summer, but it's "Take Over". For the All Mine MV, the whole producer and mv director for this song is none other than, Amber, because we all know how badly treated F(X) was, no one in SM that are willing to edit their STATION vid, that's why amber insisted that she will. They also filmed this in their first and only solo concert, "Dimension 4 - Docking Station". Yes,,, THEIR ONE AND ONLY CONCERT IN THEIR WHOLE CAREER!!! that's how bad f(x) was treated even their fandom name was announced very late. The one who is in the blue outfit in Hot Summer is Sulli.
Also, they all now left SM and I'm glad they all getting what they deserve now. Victoria is very big celebrity in China now. Luna is a CEO of her own ent. company now called Grida Entertainment, Krystal is now one of the most critically acclaimed actress in Korea and Amber is also doing music activities in China and guesting in many shows there. For sulli, we all know she's already with the angels now :((, but I'M GLAD SHE ALSO DEBUTED AS SOLO WITH "GOBLIN". That song is so good too and musically interesting also her b-sides in that album is so interesting. Actually, all of their songs as a group are interesting, because their discog is so experimental and they were made to be like that and they really fit that image. SM has such great groups and talents that I can't explain why they just left f (X) abandoned.
The industry in general treats its older groups badly, they care about debuting new talent more than maintaining and growing the ones they already have.
Few have escaped this stigma, like Dreamcatcher, BTS or Mamamoo.
I really hope this changes.
SM doesn't really do disbandment. They are big fans of extended/permanent hiatuses though. Kim Kibum is still considered a member of SUJU even though he left to peruse acting over a decade ago. This keeps idos obligated to the company for whenever they want to do runion concerts or supergroups.

Luna is the Main Vocalist and Lead Dancer. She entered sm as a dancer and ended up a vocalist. In my mind she's a co-Main Dancer with Victoria.

back in the days choreography was meant to be simple, or has in at least a noticeable move for ppl to follow...it was like the "signature" move of the song...these days I feel choreo is just more intricate and complex, great and amazing but hard to follow....there are so many iconic choreo in 2nd gen...like Gee,Nu abo, abracadabra,roly poly, Mister, Nobody, hot issue, bad girl good girl,alone and the list goes on and on

Pink Tape is definitely the Bible of kpop but as far as I've seen, your taste is songs that don't have a lot going on in the background and pink tape is definitely one of those albums. Try listening to the 4 walls album. I absolutely love that album on days I just wanna chill.

Also all mine mv got a sad story behind it, because sm didnt want to make the MV, but amber insisted and she actually made it herself.
