To bad Williams got out of pinball making. They are still my fav pins and always enjoyed the game play videos for the games. Now if there was some video of getting a High-Speed pin re-populated. Lolz.
I believe thats Keri Hoskins. The girl who played Sonya Blade in MK3, UMK3 and MK4. If not they look a lot alike. She was also Mistress Helga in Revolution X and a cheerleader in NFL Blitz and some other midway sports games
