Here's What's New For The 2024 Porsche Cayenne

- The 2024 Porsche Cayenne has gone through some significant updates across the entire lineup. For one, in someone you basically never see, Porsche decided to up the cylinder in the Cayenne S from a V6 to a V8. Even further, the base Cayenne which is what ive got in this video, also got a bump in horsepower and torque.
But beyond the mechanical changes, Porsche has also shaken things up aesthetically. The exterior has new headlights and taillights along with new wheel designs and colors. The interior is more modern, of higher quality, and less cluttered. The technology has also been upgraded in the Cayenne, more specifically the gauge cluster which is now a full digit 12.6 inch curved widescreen curved display.
The 2024 Cayenne has received pretty significant upgrades in its mid cycle refresh and im sure its quite welcoming to consumers thinking about buying a Cayenne. Watch the video for all the details!

You think it looks good lowered, and I think it looks good raised (especially with AT tires) - to each his own. Keep in mind, that a lot of people buy the Cayenne because they live in rural areas and want a luxury vehicle with off-road capability. There is a lot of history around cayenne off-roading. You probably see a lack of sportiness and I might see a vehicle that smooths out bumps on a gravel road. Good review - good detail!

I am considering one of these right now. Would you suggest a '23 Cayenne S or the base '24 Cayenne?
That's tough... I've never driven a 23 S but I'm sure it's much faster then a 24 base. It also depends on how much you like the new upgrades

Official name from Porsche is Barrique Red but it's like a dark red kinda like bordeaux red if your familiar with Porsche coloring

Heads up everyone, I put in a order in April for an E hybrid 2024 model and the delivery date was supposed to be late September early October. Now its been pushed to February/March. I was told by my porsche dealership that the new engine for the hybrid hasn't been approved for US entry. Sucks but I will wait🤦🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️

@rong8889 would you mind replying with what options you ordered your E Hybrid with? Also what made you go for the E Hybrid in general ? ( I am considering this one too BTW)
@@asoliveri1 No problem.. I put about $30K of options on my model. I wanted it looking menacing so I did the front fascia upgrade. Black color with the silver porsche logo on the side with the HD black out headlights plus the club leather basalt black/Barrqiue Red interior. Also I upgraded the Adaptive air suspension and rear axle steering. I added the premium package plus with 21" spider rims.
Since I'm spending this much on the vehicle I thought at least I can save money on gas. Hopefully I only have to fill up once month with gas. With it just 2 tenths slower than the S model, I think it's a better purchase. That said, I can drive to work on pure electric/hybrid mode, it's a win for me during the week and I still can let loose on the weekends. That was my thought process 🤷🏾♂️
@@rong8889 wow - awesome set of options ! Yea I agree on your reasoning on the E Hybrid too - no gas / emissions for all those short trips , yet full range of a great ICE when you want it or need it - good luck with it hope it comes in sooner for you
They have really made some great changes. Thank god they have hard buttons for climate control. BMW....are you listening??? The S model seems to be the real sweet spot.
