ABOUT RHOC:
Returning for Season 14 are Housewives: Tamra Judge, Shannon Storms Beador, Kelly Dodd, Gina Kirschenheiter, and Emily Simpson. The ladies are joined by new housewife Braunwyn Windham-Burke. The tres amigas are back with their número uno, the OG of the OC, Vicki Gunvalson, who appears throughout the season. Tamra is moving on up, as she settles into her new home behind the gates of the neighborhood that started it all, Coto de Caza. With Eddie’s heart condition on the mend, she finds herself nursing the relationships around her as she is caught in the middle, not only at home with her two sons Ryan and Spencer arguing over their beliefs, but also with Vicki and Kelly, who both refuse to back down. Having shed over 40 pounds and the baggage of her marriage, Shannon is back on the fun bus as she juggles her many suitors. It’s her year of transformation, as she tightens and lightens and does her best to avoid the negativity around her. After enjoying her short stint of the single life, Kelly has ditched her “bench” in favor of her new boyfriend, Dr. Brian, a plastic surgeon. Still reeling from the accusations at last year’s reunion, more shocking allegations are spread about Kelly causing her to reassess how she deals with anger. Powering her way through a difficult year, Gina leans on the ladies more than ever as she opens up about her heartache and mistakes. She finds an unlikely ally in the group as her other friendships are put to the test. With Shane busy studying for the California Bar exam, Emily carries the full load of her home life, functioning as a single mother to her three young kids and step kids. As Emily and her husband approach their 10 years of marriage, his absence weighs on her, overshadowing their landmark anniversary. Brought into the group through Kelly, new housewife Braunwyn is a mother of seven with a full house including a baby, toddler, twin kindergarteners, and three teenagers. When she is not escaping to her love shack with husband Sean, Braunwyn is always ready for a mom’s night out as she gets to know these OC ladies in more ways than one. Vicki finds herself in the hot seat once again after hopping on the rumor mill train. But she doesn’t let that detour her way to happiness as her love tank is full when Steve finally pops the question that she has been eager to hear.

It's a beautiful house. All of the crown moulding and paneling. Gorgeous. I only wanted her to stay to see filming in her house. I love it. Give me a CA cookie cutter McMansion any day. And I do live in the OC.

Funny view really i live in Sunshine Coast Australia and right outof my 4th floor holiday/unit is a lovely kawana waters lake its small like 1/4 or less of our old house its $1M its small but stunning view Its expensive living in Australia mind you.

Haha!! Yes, she was "sashaying" thru the tour trying not to trip on the heels and spill her wine. I have nothing against Tamra but she seems so materialistic, all about her possessions. This house is very nice but it looks like a showroom. How bout some pics on the walls and some bright COLOR, for gosh sake. Im sure she had it cleaned up for the tour, but it doesnt look very lived in.

Keep it as is. Most of us would do anything for a back yard like that. I live in the inner city where all I have is vacant grass in the back. Wet little space so not much can be done about it.

Tamara isn’t getting any younger but older maybe in her late fifties. What does she need with a big house like that. She is just trying to compete with the Jones. Instead she should be working on her sobriety. There she goes showing us her home with a glass of champagne in her hands. I have never seen this woman happy in all her life. She is nothing but a drunken stupor with money but no class. Just goes to show no amount of money can buy you happiness and peace of mine. I am in my sixties and just down size, after downsizing I said to my husband of almost fifty years if we didn’t do this now we would not have the strength and energy to do it later, now I feel the next step maybe is to get a condo downtown instead of living 3-4 hours from downtown and have to drive that many hours to take in a concert or ballet or live show. We don’t entertained anymore and we spend our Winters in the warmth of the Caribbean. That is what Tamara should be thinking of instead of trying to see whose grass is greener on the other side. She sold her self to reality T.V which destroyed her real happiness. Her children don’t even want to see her only the big looser son she has that can’t put his life in order up to now. So shameful.

This place is really pretty basic for Coto. That pool is right out of an Anaheim track house.I doubt she owns this, it’s rented for her by the show. These people are all about the fake.

Like I'm Brissy and a standard home (i.e. 3 bedroom 1 bath) in the outer suburbs (not in the city and no land) is a million and over.
We're in the midst of a housing crisis. Homelessness is out of control and it's very difficult (and so expensive) to get a rental.
When I see the houses they get for their money it makes me want to move lol!!
