Well, they had no choice, but, to sell it. I love how fake reality tv is. The Dubrows are very intelligent. They made an amazing deal with the true owner of the property. The deal they made was to pretend it was their property to enhance their brand of being rich. At the same time, the true owner gets free marketing through the reality tv show to get the best ROI from the property sale. It was a flip deal. Once the house sells, the Dubrows get a percentage of the final sale and they made a killing as it sold for $55 million. They had no choice, but, to sell it. But, they can now afford their dream house in Beverly Hills and can afford to be outright owners of that property, without selling it 😉

There is nothing I despise more than someone who “ helps me”, and then constantly reminds me and everyone else about what “they did “ for me. Did you really do it for me, or did you do it for you ,for bragging rights and leverage and score keeping? So beyond shady and disingenuous at best. Yuck…. I think I understood Heather a little about the house. You build your dream home, then the opportunity to use it to finance other dreams, is the logical step.

As much as heather talks about money and all that, she been with terry, like 27 years or whatever, through it all. All the schooling and learning and. Education while doing her own acting stuff, so rightly so she deserves to enjoy the loads of money that terry does bring to the table; also let it be known she brings some money to the table too.
just like New Jersey wife, Jennifer aydin, she held it down when her husband was on med school, when she was pregnant with their second kid, living at her family house in michigan. they deserve to enjoy the money the guy works hard for, when they worked hard at raising kids and all that, mostly alone.

Yes, good job Dubrows! I can sell my home for much more than I paid for...it's smart to make those moves when the market allows. That's how many wealthy ppl get richer...by making good & timely decisions, not making bad ones & blaming other ppl for their horrible decisions. (Like a certain couple we both know @MeghansMole)

The way people/the cast dislike Heather because of her financial comforts, preferences, etcetera, is simply a reflection of their own insecurities. I don't think Heather believes she's better than anyone. She's simply comfortable in her own skin and who she is.... no apologies. Sidebar: This needs to be Shannon's final season. Over her and her very apparent insecurities. She needs to focus on herself and the areas of her life where she's unhappy.

Sorry but I sense somethings off with their…financial dealings. He’s a top surgeon but their lifestyle still doesn’t add up to his profession- even as a co producer of his show. What regular surgeon flies a private plane to drop their kids off at college? Something doesn’t add up and it’ll come out one day.

They're lucky someone in China saw that house and had to have it and had the money. Securing costs alone on that house was killing on that's the reason why they sold it after they completed it.
