i kinda liked how they didn't put them together in seasons 1-2.. because it looked as it supposed to be so, you know, a real development of their feelings and all their scenes were full of love. you could feel that they will be together, bcs they are meant to be, but not just yet.. everything changed when they decided to make clexa a thing - but ok, that is still reasonable - bellamy was in love with her long ago, but she wasn't ready yet, she fell for someone else, she lost that person. i believed that they wanted to make her feelings more mature.. i hoped that they will get their moment before the end of season 4 - i mean they are young, full of emotions and the world was ending, wtf! and clarke was showing her affection more and more... but no. so ok - maybe they want to show her how much she will miss him when they will be separated (as they hinted in the s5 trailer) but no. and to be honest .. season 5 looked like .. we will show you that we are not doing what the audience expect and we will change our first idea of bellarke just like that with no reason and no sense at all. season 5 was the worst one for me, it seemed that they finished s4 with that 6years later ending and then they changed their mind what to do next. maybe they really expected cancelletion...
