I was even more awkward when I watched it with my mother.
I just love that Robert Pattinson read the script and was like "this guy is a psychopath" and played him as such LMAO and reading midnight sun was absolutely hilarious because we all know that Pattinson was 100% correct
I’m about half way through Midnight Sun and am so impressed by how well Robert played him. Also I think Stephanie Meyer gave him her draft of Midnight Sun to prepare for his character.
As I know Smeyer really gave Pattinson sketches of the Midnight Sun so that's why he was SO much accurate with this character
And yeah, I also was impressed by this. I really recommend to watch deleted scenes of the film(in case you haven't did it before) cause it gave more proofs that Pattinson had already read Midnight Sun at the moment of creating the film

Was not aware of how toxic edward was until the franchise was near over, but i never read midnight sun cuz I was DONE. Someone enlighten me? Like how is he a psychopath? Jacob was way better cuz he was less controlling and liked her for who she is. Someone just educate me lol
@@BeeSweet16 Nah Jacob is just as bad, he's all weird and possessive and regularly does not ask her consent and Meyer just writes this off as being "wolfy".
You should definitely read Midnight Sun because honestly it's absolutely hilarious to read, I enjoyed it(not for the way it was intended, but I still liked it). It just details how Edward literally stalks Bella all the time, and how he wants to murder her constantly and is always fighting with himself if he should murder her or not. He also refers to Bella and his classmates as children, so the fact he even does go after Bella is Y I K E S. and Meyer skates by with that because he "has the body of a 17 year old"...ya but his mind is literally 100+

Honestly, Edward and Bella were perfect for eachother--but not in a good way. Both of them were co-dependent dishrags of people, and probably couldn't function with other partners even if they tried. It's better for everybody that they continue their mess amongst themselves. Damage control!

My brother and I used to get high and watch the first twilight movie as a comedy. Our mom would start laughing too because of how hard we'd be cracking up over this ridiculousness 🤦🏾♀️😭 the scene that took us out the most was the fan scene when she walks into the class. Nearly sharted from laughing so hard.
