Our community has spoken and has clearly stated the amenities they want to see in the park. Our planners, CMG Landscape Architecture, have laid out these features and amenities in two arrangements, one called Bert and one called Ernie. Both have the same elements shown in different locations. You don’t need to choose one or the other. Instead, tell us what works about each of them. We're thrilled to share the plans with you and continue to refine them with your input this summer. The final plan with be a synthesis of the two plans, with your thoughts and comments taken into account.

🌳 A Nature-Forward Design with Habitat Creation and Restoration: We're focused on creating, enhancing, and restoring natural habitats such as marshlands, riparian zones, and a vernal pool. This focus on ecological health enhances biodiversity, creates habitats for native species, and adapts to and helps address climate change in the park’s plantings and shoreline restoration.
