This may sound lame and probably will go unseen by him but I grew up watching Chris Barnes every Saturday (or was it Sunday) morning to watch the PBA. His attitude and down-to-earth demeanor made him so fun to watch and helped get me hooked on bowling at the ripe age of ten. I'm thirty now and its crazy to still see him throwing balls like its nothing. Just wanted to say thanks for continuing to be one of the faces of bowling and its still just as fun watching him throw strikes.
Loved that core in the C4. Curious to see how this fits with the Hyped solid.
I'd like to know the same because my hyped solid is money
would probably be a step up from that hyped solid given the lower RG and stronger cover. the shapes would probably differ and i don't think there would be overlaps with the two.

I think this ball is going to get some recognition. I loved the C4 Ordnance and it got released I think the same time as the OG Zen which the Zen got all the recognition next to the C4.

The Ball really looks good for a Benchmark on League and Sport pattern for sure quite useful

I always enjoy your video’s. It seems there is a new ball from every company, everyday day, many of which really seem over kill for house shots on a league night. I have tried to build an arsenal to cover fresh to transition to burnt but not been successful. Maybe this ball will be able to cover some of that territory. I used to bowl brunswick. But only had major success with their c-max balls. Switched to Hammer but even my favorite hammer was only useful on heavy oil and sport patterns. Read early and over hooked. I’m ready to try Global.

I want a summit mostly because when i throw my phase 2 it gets a bit lazy down lane, so if i get one i might do the same layout that i have on my p2
Sounds like your cover needs refreshing. The Phaze 2 isn’t a lazy ball, but if you’re throwing it on drier lanes, the core will burn out sooner or if the cover is oil soaked
Love the comparisons in the video! Loved my Reality, Eternity and Zen and Zen Master I'm curious if this Xponent could take the spot in a bag for shorter oil patterns?
The phaze II and xponent felt a little closer than I expected. Especially when the xponent was right out of the box. Now that the xponent has shined up a bit I feel like the xponent is the perfect ball down from the phaze II. is that how you see it? How has the xponent been on tour and tougher conditions?
Looking at this ball for open championships I also have a RST-x1 and Zen just curious if that would be a good addition

CHRIS love watching you--and watching you over all the years on pba saturday. A real gentleman and great guy. I saw your son on youtube with Packy Hanrahan? So if I have a 185 average and I have not bowled much the past 10 years due to a broken neck is this ball something I could get back into things with? All my balls- about 10 of them were in the garage (in arizona) and when I looked in the roller they were in 2 pieces. I assume from the heat. Very frustrating---I guess its my fault but if a bowling ball falls apart in 115 heat- thats a crappy bowling ball in my opinion. If 8 of them do it- thats 8 crappy balls. Thanks crhis.

we’re all the same. iq solid is my fresh ball and my closest thing to it is my reality check because of layout

I think these balls just replaced ones that they discontinued a few months ago and the cycle repeats itself every few months. Six months from now they’ll come out with the next must have balls. LOL
The new Hustles are remakes of the Camo and Wine.
Idk man, this is the closest ball I've seen to the Haywire that I'm trying to replace since the Trend 2... That got banned before I could get one.

Not close really. Eternity is much stronger overall. The Xponent is more of a weaker control ball.
