I've seen pictures of waiting rooms and people are literally sitting on the floor waiting to have their blackheads removed. As well because the people don't have a lot of money they want to see that they're getting their money's worth and putting them on the gloves is the easiest way to show them when they're finished. When I first started watching these videos I thought that this was the most disgusting thing in the world and I don't even notice it anymore.

I think we also need to keep in mind that not everyone has the stomach to dig gunk out of their pores. She could also do it wrong and leave her face terribly scarred. So it's better to have a professional do this and she might not be able to afford periodic treatments so that could be why some of them are old. What has she done so wrong to not deserve your compassion? Its not like you're gonna run out of it.

If you see Dr Pimple Popper's channel, there were lots of people who came after their skin condition worsen, where the pore dilated and required some cut and stitching afterwards. Hence, that gonna leave even bigger scars. So comedone extracting needs to be done often to prevent it grow bigger and deeper over time. Everyone can learn to do it from home.

From other videos I've seen, I get the impression that they stop because the person's skin is getting too sore from all the pricking/squeezing. Not that having all those in your skin would feel good either... Maybe let the skin cool off and the swelling go down before resuming treatment?

When they don’t use tools and squeeze with fingers or q tips it causes not just more trauma, but stretches the pores, making them more likely to fill up again... as gross as the tools look, they do the job better and it’s better for the patient in the future

But actually, looking at how the blackhead oxidized, it shows the comedone had been there quiet long time. The new one should be in white with slight yellow colour. I do extraction once a week to prevent it clog pores and increase over time

From a country with hot and humid weather all the time. My skin is oily type and I get comedone easily, even after washing face twice a day.

I think we also need to keep in mind that not everyone has the stomach to dig gunk out of their pores. She could also do it wrong and leave her face terribly scarred. So it's better to have a professional do this and she might not be able to afford periodic treatments so that could be why some of them are old. What has she done so wrong to not deserve your compassion? Its not like you're gonna run out of it.

If you see Dr Pimple Popper's channel, there were lots of people who came after their skin condition worsen, where the pore dilated and required some cut and stitching afterwards. Hence, that gonna leave even bigger scars.
So comedone extracting needs to be done often to prevent it grow bigger and deeper over time. Everyone can learn to do it from home.

What does this have to do with bacteria? Few of those were infected, that's just skin cells, dirt, and oil built up in pores.

When they don’t use tools and squeeze with fingers or q tips it causes not just more trauma, but stretches the pores, making them more likely to fill up again... as gross as the tools look, they do the job better and it’s better for the patient in the future
