The Pere Marquette No. 1225 is the largest operating steam locomotive of its kind. Known as the "North Pole Express" in the winter, the train is a one of a kind experience that you need to check out. In fact, the train itself was the inspiration for the movie The Polar Express. We rode that train way back when it was like $30.00 a seat. Now its up to $200.00 a seat and they still don't pay the old man a nickle :(
