Yes I liked your comment I laugh but think about it watching it you know Life's Too Short right watch a watch a movie called The Click with Adam Sandler and you'll see why fast for it could be a really bad thing
This looks like cheapest, pet proof, multi functional trap I've ever seen. Could use it inside, like attic I'd tie a string to grab it easy, outside pet protected, nail it anywhere, add multiple feeding inside and just chuck whole darn thing out and have another one ready. AWESOME :) Maurice
Use the blade only to start a cut, or use the sharp point of the scissors to start. Be very careful not to cut your finger or jugular vein. Use scissors to finish all of the cuts, it leaves far fewer sharp bits of metal to injure yourself. Using a razor sharp blade on an object which is hard to hold is a recipe for blood loss. Also, if the small end of the funnel is opened a little more, the rat will be less suspicious. It may also work quite well to use the funnel shaped neck of a plastic soda bottle instead of a aluminium can. The rat or fish runs around in the trap, but because the funnel end protrudes into the container, the rat can't find the way out even though the opening is quite large. This type of trap is used for fish also. Good video, thanks.
Try using oil and soya sauce as a lure. The soya sauce smells are attractive and the oil makes it difficult for them to get a grip on anything to chew their way out.
Ohhhhh yeah, toss some soy base covered electrical wires in there and yeeeehaw. In my experience, have done a test or two lately... Sugar wins every time. EVERY TIME. Animal cracker, vanilla oreo type thing works great. Real sugar though. Remember... There was a study done on this with either rats or mice can't remember, anyway, they gave them the choice of highly addictive drugs or ... Oreos if i remember right? Now I'm going to have to go refresh my memory but anyway, rodents chose sugar, i put out 3 different kinds of bait including the store bait right by each other and they chose the cookie every time
Maybe it's just me but these videos with loud and sometimes annoying music, no talking, gestures with the hands that are supposed to indicate "use this object" and stop action photography really irk me.
So much fun stuff we throw away by the tons every day. Great clip, great music. Hope no mice got hurt making this. Dealing with rodents, I like to go for the fast and painless kill.
I have 4 buckets with tin can and plastic bottle roll with peanut butter, and added other foods. Check everyday and no mice. Not best trap. Use mice traps and green bars are eaten up and catch mice. After 21 bucket days of unsuccessful catch, out they go today. This plastic gallon I'll give it a try. Looks promising :) Maurice
Good question. If he opens the opening and dumps them somewhere away from his place, then fine. If he just leaves the trap there for extended periods for the animals to starve and eat at each other (which they will do), then not fine.
Drop the container into a bucket of water. They are vermin and they are being disposed of quickly. Freeing them elsewhere is merely relocating the problem……. and make no mistake mice are a problem.
After you capture a few mice, you have live mice (at least they will live for a while) in the jug. Your bait may be eaten quickly. How do you eliminate the (some of them live) mice (and probably mouse poo) to re-use? For years I have been using a bucket trap with peanut butter dabbed around a quart plastic pill bottle which is free to rotate on a horizontal shaft over a bucket of water. A ramp helps the mice get up to the top. This is not my invention but it works really well.
Proof that all those squeaks are really just squeaks, not some secret language. Unless, of course, misery likes company and they just don’t want to warn each other.
Love the dramatic mouse capturing music at the end! It's exhilarating!
Fast forward is such a blessing!

Yes, stretch a 30 sec. video into 5 minutes.
Yah. But patience is a virtue.

rodents could chew through that plastic real easy like
I love the action and adventure music near the end LOL
Use a whole can for the holes. One end cut 4 cuts and fold out to help stick the can onto the jug
Ohhh, yes💁thanks you, is original 👌
Nice idea. Good job. Thanks for sharing. God bless
Thank you too
Happy, down-to-earth duo give musical backing to mice-killing fun times. Perfect !

Thank you. Great tip.
Las semillas de pimientos, girasol, o melón los atrae mucho

You can mute it
Try muting it. 🙄
Excellent idea. Thanks for uploading the video.
Most welcome 😊
Eu só quero saber quem vai vim aqui pegar esse balde depois🤣🤣🤣incrível essa ideia parabéns!
Outstanding planning. Really inspiring
Thanks a ton
I love catch and release....release at someone's house that I don't like is a bonus.
Clever and simple to make! Will try but will have to take up beer drinking for the cans...
Kombucha
That’s pretty good it catch release 💁🏻♀️
thsnks, i've seen similar things with prongs on jars but hadn't worked out an easy way to make something similar
Shawn your thoughts on this mouse trap?
This is much easier to make. Thank you.
You're welcome 😊
new useful ideas
Thanks a lot
Use the bottom or top cutout to mark the size of the holes to be cut.
Cava
Nice design
Thanks!
Tnx for d great idea..very simple and not expensive yet so effective.tnx a lot.
Most welcome 😊
Good idea and simple project, thanks
Best rat/mouse trap ever - let's rid the planet of the little buggers!
Yeah....I hate meeces to pieces....

Simple.y eficaz muy bueno
Gracias
Simple, disposable, perfect!
Thanks
Reusable. The mice are to be released, not thrown in the trash.

nice video . I would say this would be a nice trap to catch fish.
I think keeping can up right opening cap can also work not necessary to make hole. Once entering from cap side it is impossible to come out for mouse.
Wow unbelievable thanks for sharing
most welcome
Ha.
"Marty! Noooo!"
"What?"
"Ughhh. Too late."
"So. What are you guys doing in here?"
You are really smart. Can I know what name is the glue you used to seal the metal and plastic? Thanks
Especially at Hobby Stores
Genius! And simple things!!!
Thanks
Nothing beats the old Victor mouse trap. Snap and it's all over.
I cant believe that you didnt even need one band aid after cutting the cans!

Try using a sneaker from China-Jo! Smeels extravagant!
Nice invention, anyone else find his voice grating?
Thanks!
Cool👍😳
Did you grill them or bake them in the oven?
All kidding aside, a very effective solution........My hats off to you.
In Africa they do that for a living. They grill them and sell them as lunch on markets. Very common here 😆
Супер👍👍👍👍👍👍

Just Want To Say Thank You For Your Video This Is Awesome I'm Going To Try It Tonight... I Really Appreciate Your Help 😉🙃
Did it work for you?
Make sure you check at 23 or 01 hours or they will get out again. Don't give them too much time..
So much fun stuff we throw away by the tons every day. Great clip, great music. Hope no mice got hurt making this.
Dealing with rodents, I like to go for the fast and painless kill.
I'll try to make one for my garage
The only drawback I see is the mice chewing themselves out.
I think you could get it out of your house long before they have the time that would take.
Or shredding your fingers cutting that aluminum can apart.
@@larryyeadeke7409 أن ت
this one is relatively thick plastic, but given enough time I've seen them get through even hard plastic expensive mouse traps
the only drawback are the wimps who won't dump them in water to drown them. Mice and rats are a health hazard and a total domestic menace.
Nice trap

The best trap ever.... I don't have to empty it just throw out the whole thing.....
Thanks
a lot of work to catch 3 mice....mine is reusable..

The ole bucket of water/tin can tilt trap is easier and you can get the dead mice out of it

@@johnlewis9745 I thought of that too.... thats humane. But letting them starve out, not an option.
Offer them to people with pet snakes
Awesome man... You did it!
Thanks!!

Just like a wasp trap.👍
Good idea
Many many thanks
What then do you do with the mice?
Eat them
Grill them
Use em for trappin snakes and birds of prey also make a good musky, coyote or fox bait

Mice?
Good job
Thanks

They only used one hole. Maybe make the opening a little bigger so they can see that they can get in but still can't get out.
the last 2 followed the firsts scent
Bait??
GOOD VERY. 😮

You take the bottle to the woods somewhere and let the mice out.. then shake out the poo..
Or give the mice to someone who has a pet snake
Nice.

The suspenseful music ...lol
Thanks
Съедят угощение, а за тем через 45 секунд прогрызут стенку ловушки, потом на прощание помашут хвостиком!
Seems like one entrance would be enough
Nice
The suspense was killing me!!! LMBO
Do you wait till they die off to remove them?...
The bucket roller trap is the best mouse trap out there.
Quick and humane if they fall into water... leaving animals to starve to death or worse, cannibalize each other is not cool....

A similar method is used in Africa to catch catfish and other large fish using bamboo
I did it, and the next morning the cans was bitten and destroyed 🥺 the rats escaped
put some bleech or rat posion on the metal can n lettem chew, those lil rascals.
